Izetta Feeny-Keller Williams Realty

All of my experience with the company is with Izetta. She is one of the two best real estate people I've ever worked with. She worked very hard, and I felt like she really was on our side as the sellers. This was a sale for my stepmother's and father's country property, since I am the trust administrator on their estate. I am in Texas and the property was in California, so that made it a bit more complicated.  Izetta had to go out to the house multiple times to be there for various inspections, since I couldn't be there, and she also went out to take pictures of an RV that was on the property, so we could get it sold before the property sale closed.  She truly went above and beyond what I've ever experienced from any other real estate agent. She did lots of extra leg work and worked through multiple complications with the sale, enabling us to complete the sale successfully.  This experience really helped to restore my faith in the real estate profession.

Price was 6% of the sale price, and Keller-Williams share was 3%.
