 + -1 moreNot well at all, first employee had their own child behind the counter during business hours. Once I asked to speak to the manager, this worker not 20 feet away from me informed the manager that she didn't know what my problem was. I was told by the same man when we purchased the furniture that all we needed to do is come in once our remodel was done and they would schedule our delivery. We were not informed that it still needed to be made then delivered. This was just after Thanksgiving and they said it would be December 19 before we could expect partial delivery. I said we would not be in town at that time, they scheduled for December 17, then called around the 14th to say it would be the 22nd. This furniture had been paid in full and that salesman had received his commission in October and we waited until December 22. Will never purchase anything again from Ashley Furniture, and will encourage friends and family to not shop there either.
Description of Work: Bought LivingRoom furniture in Pasadena, TX. Paid in full within a month of ordering furniture on hold until our remodel was done.

Description of Work: Purchased dining room table and chairs. Items were delivered as promised but 1 of the chair was damaged prior to delivery. I asked the driver to take pictures and notify his company. I called a couple of days later to ensure they would be sending a replacement chair. The replacement chair is scheduled to be delivered in January. The wait for the replacement chair was longer than the wait for the entire set.

 + -1 moreI went to their store on the first day of their sale. It was a 10 day sale, but they insisted on buying the furniture within 2 days. That was strange, but I still got the furniture from them.
