Very polite when I called to make an appointment. They were very prompt for the estimate appointment and the servicer answered all my questions. They provided a fair quote and gave me a discount even though the coupon I had was expired! The day of service, the workers arrived early and worked efficiently for about 3 hours. They picked up all the debris and even removed my solar lights prior to working to prevent potential damage. After they completed the work, they requested payment. My husband and I thought we would receive a bill and didn't realize that they only accept cash or check upon completion of service (much to our embarassment since it's clearly printed on their quote). My husband told them that his wife would have to mail a check as I wasn't home to pay. They were patient with our mistake. In fact, they just trusted that we would pay eventhough they always collect payment either before service or immediately after. I promptly mailed a check the next day to them. I was very impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Highly recommmend the company!

The service/sales person came by two weeks ahead of time to review my needs and give me an estimate. It was a small job of trimming 1 live oak, 1 red oak and a loquat fruit tree in our back yard. The day before, I received a courtesy call about their arrival next day due to winter storm. We changed the time which worked better for me. The next day the crew arrived 30 minutes early. We talked and clarified what needed to be done and they got right to work. Eddie lead the team and they were professional and friendly. They properly painted the cut limbs and cleaned up the debris. I asked if they would cut the appropriate branches into firewood and they did so graciously. The job was completed in just over an hour. I gave them a tip for lunch and off they went. Even the neighbor came out to get a referral for work in their yard.

They were fantastic and even gave us a discount for being Angie's List members!

The company responded to my initial phone call quickly, the estimator came out the next day, and the work was scheduled for 4 days later. The men showed up on time and were very friendly and professional. They did a nice job trimming approximately 10 oak trees. Additional work removing cedar trees is planned. Appreciate their responsiveness and pride in their work.

I got them on Angie's List. They were fast, they were neat, they took everything off, they did exactly what they said. The work turned out okay, it was exactly as they said, and we weren't even here when they did the work. It was just like we had talked about.

My husband and I were amazed at how low their estimate was as opposed to other companies I had gotten estimates from. The company did an outstanding job to ensure that we were happy. They did what they said they would do, and how fast and immaculate their work was, was well worth our time and money to hire this company to do the work they did. Teague's was fabulous to work with from the initial phone call to the moment their trucks left our property. The person who came out to look at the job and give an estimate was knowledgeable and fair. He was also there on the day the work was done to make sure the crew knew exactly how much of the tree to trim and what to leave, which was very reassuring. Their price was fair, their service was great. I would give Teague's my highest recommendation. I am glad to know I can count on this company in the future to do great work at a fair price!

Hard to believe you can get superb service at a reasonable cost but Teagues Tree Service delivered. A three man crew arrived an hour earlier than the appointment time, reviewed our expectations and began to work. The final results of their work exceeded our expectations. Friendly, professional and complete defines their work. Everything they cut was paint sprayed and they cleaned up leaving everything as they found it. I will use them in the future.

We had an oak tree trimmed away from the house and ball moss removed. We had numerous large branches trimmed away from the roof. Also, ball moss removed from the tree. They were very friendly and professional. The tree looks GREAT!!!

It went terrific! They were totally professional, on-time, cleaned up after themselves. They did exactly what they said hey were going to do! We were completely satisfied with the service.

It was good. Three people came out to complete a 4 hour job. They gave my husband advice on how to grow grass in the yard. i would tell friends and family that they did a well done job

This is a family-owned business. My first interaction was on the phone with Lora Teague and it was very professional. We discussed the scope of work and set up the appointment for Walter Teague to walk the property and give us a quote. Mr. Teague arrived on time. We really respected that while listening to what we wanted performed on each tree in a few instances he pointed out that our expectations would not benefit the long-term health of the tree. We deferred to his expert opinion. First date was rained out and was rescheduled for five days later. The crew arrived on time. Mr. Teague again walked the property with us and his crew leaders so we all had the same expectations. The crew was courteous and if we wandered outside, asked if we were satisfied. Mr. Teague checked back mid-way through the job and again at the end. No one left until I said I was completely satisfied. Teague Tree Service was not the cheapest bid, but we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We received good value for the cost. On the work day, he had the proper manpower and equipment to finish the job in five hours. We will use his service again and have recommended his company.

Everything was very quick. They were professional enough and did a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. My only real complaint about the entire experience was that we never done tree trimming before and we are new in this area that requires that kind of maintenance; when we had said to the person who came out to do the estimate that we wanted the trees cut down or take out, we were assuming that it will be taken out not just cut out with all the root or base still there. I understand that if that is the practice it is understandable but that was a sort of a bummer.

Needed someone to trim trees to city code. Called Teague's for estimate. They returned my call and we set up a date. Berry came out and gave me a great estimate. He listened to what I wanted and was very helpful. Price was great! A crew came out the next week and we again went over what I wanted. Very nice crew, did exactly what I wanted. They did a great job and cleaned up every branch. Very happy with everything they did and the price was great! For sure hire them again.

They came right out as soon as I called and did the work in just a few days after I called. I needed the work done quickly so I could have my storage building built as scheduled. Lori, the lady taking the call and arranging all of it was very polite. I would highly recommend them.

The provider arrived on time, trimmed trees to my expections and cleaned up. Very professional and courteous group of workers.

When they showed up to do work they were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone for tree services. The clean up was outstanding. Even got some things out of our pool that had fallen in.

Called for an estimate and the estimator came out. He was courteous and professional. Gave us a reasonable estimate. Later that day, the owner called to set the appointment. Appointment day came. The crew was on time, professional and did an excellent job of trimming the trees, cleaning up and hauling away the trimmings. Had I not seen that the trees looked outstanding, I would never have known anyone was there, they left the area THAT clean! I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Service was EXCELLENT! Estimator came out on time, gave us a fair estimate and told us the work that would be done. The owner called back later to set the appointment. Day of appointment came, crew arrived, trimmed and cleaned. It the trees had not been noticeably more attractive, you would never have know that they were there!

Communicated schedule very well, very punctual. A reasonable estimate for amount of work done. I would use them again.

They were responsive to my request for an estimate and quick to send someone out. Once the estimator arrived, he used some hard sell tactics and haggling, which I prefer to avoid. However, he offered enough of a discount over other tree trimmers that I went with Teague. When the trimming crew showed up, I was surprised that it was only two people and did not include the estimator to supervise. The two that came by were polite and responsive to my requests. The only part of the service I was disappointed with was that they sealed the cuts very quickly and did not do a thorough job, missing several large branches. While I was overall satisfied with the work, I think I'll use a different trimmer next time to try to find higher quality service.

They were very quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment withing a few days. The representative was very prompt and we walked around the house looking at all the trees on the property. We discussed the trees to be removed and the two ash trees to be trimmed. He gave me the price and also included three trees that needed to be trimmed back so they did not hit the roof of the house. They scheduled a time for their crew and the crew arrived even earlier than their scheduled time. They cut and trimmed all the trees, removed all the debris and cleaned up the area.

They did a good job, but were a little expensive. I will use their services in future.
