I have only positive things to say about Teague's Tree Service. I've used them numerous times for several years, and they are reliable, reasonably-priced, friendly and customer-focused, and they show up on time. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended!

Two gentlemen with Teagues Tree Service arrived at my home. After they stood there for several minutes staring at my tree it became obvious that were not coming to my door so I went out to introduce myself to them. They did not introduce themselves in return and went back to looking at the tree. My first thought was rude and unprofessional. I asked them if they understood what needed to be done. They stated they did. I went back in the house. After about 30 minutes I recieved a call from Teagues Tree Service that the gentlemen who were there to trim the tree were concerned about the proximity of the wires along the alley. They told her the wires were in the tree and until Barry can arrive to inspect the tree the men have been dispatched to another job. I looked out the window and sure enough the workers were gone. I asked the lady why Barry did not catch that when he was here giving me the estimate. She could not answer me and stated that Barry would be contacting me. I asked her when I can expect to hear from Barry and she stated within the hour. I reminded her that I took the time off from my job to have this work done. The hour came and went and I did not hear from Barry so I called Teagues and got an answering machine. I asked them to please call me back. A couple of more hours went by and I still had not heard anything from Teagues. I was furious when I called back and left a message telling them not to bother that I no longer needed thier services. I recieved a voicemail from Walter Teague apologizing for the whole situation. After that I recieved a call from Barry apologizing that he did not realize the proximity of the wires and he wanted a chance to make it right. He would contact the Power Company personally and arrange for them to come out and trim the tree back from the wires. He would then reschedule and personally supervise the work and if possible offer some other trimming services at no additional charges. I agreed to give them a second chance. I heard from Barry the following Monday that he was still working on getting the Power Company out there to trim the tree back from the wires. The Power Company never showed up and I have never heard from Teagues Tree Service again. That has been well over a month.

They did a very good job, trimming and disposing of all remnants of the tree branches. The job was finished so fast, I barely new they were there. The owner of the business displayed professionalism, good manners, and charged me a very low price for the work. The yard was absolutely free of branches when they were through. I may hire them again in the future.

Teague's Tree Service did really good work. They were prompt and got right to work. They cleaned everything up and hauled it all way, which I really appreciated. They even explained what we could do to keep the stump of the pecan tree from growing back. They gave us a senior discount which was very nice. They were just wonderful.

Teagues Tree Service did a very good job. We had let our trees go for a while and finally decided to call someone to trim them. They got our trees looking great again. We were very pleased with their quality workmanship.
