Overall it was great, jim was very knowledgable and had some very creative suggestions, some of which we went with that were an amazing improvement. We had several bids on the job and chose to go with Jim based on his referalls. I would recommend Down To Earth to anyone in the area

Very please with the outcome. Jim went out to my son's house in Converse and cut down grass that had gotten completely out of control.  He did the job even though we hadn't met face to face and my son reported that he did an excellent job.  He also charged less than the original estimate so that was a nice surprise.  I would definitely use Jim and his company again.

On each project, Jim Hall has been at my house when he said he would be there and has finished each project on time.  He clearly explained what work he was going to do and asked for my input on his designs before providing a final quote.  He has completed each project for the price he quoted me and I have not experienced any negative suprises.  On every project, Jim Hall has met or exceeded my expectations (and I am VERY detail oriented).  Clearly, Jim Hall takes pride in his work and selects helpers that also take pride in their work.  I HIGHLY recommend Jim Hall and Down to Earth Landscaping.
