Description of Work: They have been our HVAC contractor for over 20 years and have, in that time, replaced both our heating and A/C systems. We also have a maintenance agreement that provides for fall and spring checks each year. They have always been professional and done excellent work in a timely manner. That's why we've continued to use them all these years when there are so many choices.

My elderly parents also use Airesmith, at our recommendation, and John Smith has personally gone to their home to explain repairs and to make sure they understand what is being done. We both have service contracts and Airesmith calls to remind us of maintenance we need to schedule and are responsive when we have problems. We intend to continue to use their services indefinitely.

Description of Work: Replaced duct work and annual maintenance. Vents fell out of ceiling in two rooms. Replace with lesser quality then I had. Lied about preformed maintainsnce and didn't even replace filter. Hung up on me when I tried to complain.

Description of Work: I have been using Airesmith for about 19 years and have always been pleased with their service. I have a maintenance contract with them on my heat pump unit, which I definitely recommend. It provides for periodic inspection and cleaning and has saved me time and money.

Description of Work: Winter system tune up. I bought their annual heater and A/C system tune up and maintenance plan. I gave them a overall B because I had Airesmith install a new A/C and heater system in 1999 which costs me about $5,000. You would think Airesmith would install a digital thermostat but they installed a cheap manual thermostat instead. When I complained how much money I spent and got a cheap thermostat, I had to pay extra for a digital one. Otherwise, their work was fine.

Description of Work: We have used Airesmith since the late 1990s and have absolutely no complaints. We will buy our next system from them as well.
