Very bad service! The person who came to do the service claimed we needed a New compressor and some other parts that had just been replaced. It turned out that he did not notice that a wire had come loose! Another employee at the company was reluctantly sent when we protested about his diagnosis, and that second employee found the problem and corrected it. We are glad they could fix it, but we have had some issues with wrong diagnosis and even price billing before, with them. Nevertheless, we will not be using them again.

I spoke to the owner and told him that I would pay $400. and I would not allow any of his workers to enter my property again. He accepted the offer. A friend who is a Federal Judge advised me to ignore the bill.

It did not go well at all. Very unprofessional; one of the workers constantly complained about the schedulers and management. it took twice as long for them to finish the job. They did not clean up the work site as promised. When mold was discovered around the fan they sent out a salesman. This salesman clearly was on commission and quoted me a figure well above $10,000. stating repeatedly that my family was in danger. Since this was not my first experience with a failing hvac system I showed him the alternative solution that cost less than $2,000. Once we got the money agreed upon the workers returned to install new unit. It didn't end there. The installers were called back several times when we discovered several things were improperly installed. When the owner came out he only made excuses. We will never do business with them again. Very disappointed in the whole experience. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

They are always prompt and courteous and they are all professionals. I never mind having them in my home. I would highly recommend AireSmith to any and everyone!!!

They completed the work and got it done on time.

The heater was malfunctioning, and because there was still some warranty on the unit, I called the manufacturer. They directed me to a list of authorized dealers in the city that I had to use to get the warranty. I cross checked the dealer list with the companies on Angie's List. I selected Aire Smith. Called them on 1/4/2016 in the early afternoon. The tech arrived about an hour and a half latter. George was very professional, as well as, very knowledgeable. After he did the diagnostic test, explained everything to me that he had done and that the main circuit board was the problem. The circuit board had to be shipped in from Dallas and George told me that it would arrive on Wednesday, 1/6/2016, and that they would call me when they had it and he would be back out to install it and do all the tests to insure that the system functioned properly. The part arrived on Wednesday as promised and George was back to install it. He took time after the installation to explain to me and show me how the system worked and answered all my questions. Aire Smith is fortunate to have George on their staff. The heater has been working beautifully ever since.

Well, first off they spent a couple of hours here. They were not in and out like our past provider. Casey the technician really cared about our units working properly for the winter. He did a multi point inspection on several critical parts on the unit, and saw that due to installation error from the other guys 2 years ago, I had air leaking into attic. They also found the float switches attached to the water pans were not working and he tested to see if they would shut off units, they did not. Gave a fair price to replace both floats and said they do not need to be done now, but before spring. The heat strips on my down stairs unit were not coming on, and he got in touch with the manufacturer technicians who troubleshooted the unit for the correct fix. I could smell the heat strips come back on after he fixed them. He was very professional. He used shoe coverings when walking into my house and kept the place very clean. In order to fix the heat strips he had to come back on another day to troubleshoot with the manufacturer over the phone. He was here for at least another hour and a half. Also, my installers did not properly put the warranty paperwork in place for my units and Colleen the office person called on my behalf to verify warranties and spoke with me at least through 2-3 phone calls to verify other information and take care of a situation for me. From the staff to the technician they were very caring. Airesmith now has my business as long as they continue to be fair, professional, clean, responsive, helpful and reasonable. I wish I contacted them to install my units and service them from day one. I will continue to spread the word of the great service we received from them.

Company called the day before to confirm the appointment. They called 1 hour before the appointment window and called again when the technician was on the way. Company van was well marked, clean. Technician was uniformed, neat and professional in appearance. He identified himself even though we had met previously. Wore booties in the house. Respected my house and belongings, cleaned up after himself, and ensured the work area was clean prior to leaving. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable. He did find a problem in one unit, explained it to me fully, offered me alternatives and charged me a reasonable price. I am fully satisfied with the service and will use them again without hesitation.

Professional presentation with options for products, prices, and payments. No interest for 12 months! Excellent work; efficient and clean. Compliant with city codes and ordinances. Follow-up service was careful and caring.

BLUF: awesome job and very high motivation to do a great job. My duct work was very poorly installed. If we'd been inside a city's limit, it would have failed. They came out and, drafted a plan, and mostly executed their plan. There was some confusion between the installers and the project manager. While waiting for the PM to call me back, Mr. Smith, the owner came out to do a QA check of the site. Told him of my issue and was contacted the next day by the PM. They made a couple more trips, at my convenience, and after some re-engineering I ended up with an awesome system. I was very pleased with the guys, the owner, and the PM.

Our AC went out suddenly, and it appeared that neither of our two units were working. It was about 4:30 in the afternoon when I called Airesmith. The receptionist explained that all of their technicians were out on projects but the first one available would be assigned to me and they would get out the same day. She also explained the cost of coming out to diagnose the problem, and suggested that we purchase their "Spring Cleaning" package that would cover the trip and diagnosis, as well as result in the technician doing a complete PM on the units, including cleaning the coils - which I agreed to. She called back within 30 minutes to let me know someone was on the way, and exactly how long it would take to get there. Right on time George with Airesmith arrived. He first identified where all the equipment was located - in our case the units were in the attic. Within 15 minutes of arrival he diagnosed the problem with the downstairs unit - a burned out capacitor . He went through the unit checking all the components, cooling levels etc. making meticulous notes in his notebook, even taking the extra step of writing the model and serial number of the units on the INSIDE of the housing cover with a permanent marker since the label on the exterior had become faded in the sun and very difficult to read. He finally realized that the second unit was low on coolant, which is why it was not cooling adequately when the main unit downstairs went out. George then suggested that we purchase a 1 year service contract, which would cover another PM in the fall, as well as getting us priority service with any service calls, and a 10% discount on parts and supplies. George did an amazing job. He is polite, professional, and has been doing AC work for 22 years, and really knows his trade. At the end of the day we paid $546.00 total which included cleaning and PM on two AC units, a bad Capacitor ($189) and two pounds of coolant ($178). Still at the end of the day, I think I would have come out better by not purchasing the service contract... but we will see when the fall service happens and if the price/value feels a little better.

This was the second of two semi-annual air conditioner system checks. My initial involvement with AireSmith began in December 2010 with the complete replacement of my 5 ton air conditioner. I obtained 4 estimates. AireSmith was well below 2 of them and on par with the third. What sold me was the knowledge, expertise, and friendliness of their proposal writer, Guy. The installation went without a hitch. On time, clean, professional. Since then, I have used AireSmith for my semi-annual servicing and maintenance. This most recent service was performed by Casey, a young, bright, professional, energetic man that shows a genuine enjoyment of his work. He called well ahead of the appointment time to let me know he was ready, asked if he could arrive early, and showed up promptly.He performed his work and didn't seem bothered to let me shadow him at some times and engage in light conversation. Both systems continue to perform well. I will continue to rely on AireSmith for my air conditioning needs.

They come out each season to check out the systems. I would highly recommend them. They are very prompt and considerate of cleaning up after themselves. They always explain what needs to be done and how much it will cost. They are very informative.

The other company that we took a bid from was more affordable and had more on their package than AireSmith. They were very responsive.

From the estimate, to the installation, to yearly contracted maintenance on the system, AireSmith was superior. The installation of my furnace was no easy task due to the compact size of the furnace closet, but Eric is a wizzard and did a fabulous job. John, the owner of AireSmith, came to my home to personally inspect the installation and was very responsive to a follow up call I made about a couple of minor issues. They were handled promptly and at no extra cost to me. I also signed on for AireSmith's yearly maintenance plan and was very pleased with that service, as well. I would highly recommend AireSmith for your HVAC needs.

Overall, the entire process of dealing with AireSmith has been excellent. Mr. Cain was very responsive to my HVAC needs, and his proposal, including the price, was well received by me. I believe the installation work done by Eric and Miguel was excellent. Both men were easy to work with, respected our property, and cleaned up the work areas before departing. Our thanks to AirSmith for a job well done!

The technicians have always been professional and considerate of my concerns. The unit we bought has required quite a bit of warrently work which was performed in a timely manner. They always call before sending the tech out to make sure you are there. They also cover their shoes when coming into the house -- which surprised me the first time but I especially appreciate it when the weather is bad.

I called after 5pm, and the technician was there about an hour later! I had waited all day to call because I wanted to see if turning off the circuit breakers would get it going, and I went out a couple of times and wasn't home to follow up. When I was sure that the a.c. wasn't going to resurrect itself, I called Airesmith. They installed the unit years ago and have been doing the maintenance. The tech was so very pleasant and efficient and got the job done. All fees were explained up front.

They are just expensive. When they put the unit in, they are good with their annual checkups. When they replaced the original unit a number of years ago it was expensive. The twice a year checkup is reasonable.

We also had them install the air conditioning system. I have no problem with them, I really like them. They always call before they come. They are nice and wear covers over their shoes. The always show respect for my home. We have used them for a long time because their quality is good.

We searched for them on Angie's list. We spent between seven and eight thousand dollars I believe. We decided to use them because we liked their rating. We had used them once before and we had had very good service results with them. They were very responsible. They were very efficient. They knew what they are doing. They had a supervisor who came out and checked on them several times. We would give them a five star A plus rating. The quality of work was outstanding. They couldn't have been more responsive unless they lived next door. They were punctual and right on the money. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Airesmith installed our Trane heating/AC unit several years ago, and I have been extremely pleased with the work they provided initially and continue to provide each year. I had several companies come out and give bids, and Eric with Airesmith was by far the most thorough and knowledgeable. Even though Airesmith's quote was higher than several other companies, I went with them because Trane is a top-notch brand and no one wants to deal with a less-than-trustworthy system in the middle of the winter or summer.
