Stonebridge will lie to get out of trouble. Take pictures. use your cell phone to take pictures of everything. Take a picture of the screen to record the time and date. You have to prove yourself. I took pictures of water on our floor after they put in freon, ruined baseboards, serviceman standing outside looking at our inside unit with about 3 to 4 inches of ice on it. They wanted to come back to our home. But they wanted to charge me a service fee. I did not trust them anymore. They yelled at me on the phone. I paid another service company for a consultation….and they found more than one thing wrong. Don't let them come back to your home once they have treated you like your are stupid.

Like crap, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever again. They came out on the 25 and changed out something, (capacitor/Compressor, I’m not sure my wife was here when it happened) they said if it did it again it would have to have a new motor. Well that very night it happened again. Was able to get it back running but during the day it went out. So had them come out to change out motor. Well tech said it was working and would take 24 hours to cool, (which didn’t make a lot of sense with it being 70 degrees outside but okay whatever) well after about 6-8 hours it was Only getting hotter in the house. So called them back about midnight, actually they have a calling service, can’t even get them. They call the tech, he calls you to inform me he worked until 9pm and couldn’t come until the next day. (But on the web site it says they are 24 hour, I guess that is a lie). So I call the call service back and ask to have a manager or someone like that call me. Well about 20 minutes later they don’t call me, but the call service does, just to inform me that Joe Stone the owner says his guys can’t work 24 hours a day and they will get to it tomorrow. Good thing it’s only one 3 year old crying saying it’s hot in here.

In our past review, we stated that we bought a new system in August, 2019. Our electric bill was consistently higher. The rude man on the phone requested weather reports and copies of precious electric bills. Initially, they said they would waive the $79 service fee (when they said our system could not be repaired). They charged us for a thermostat we did not get and also the outside breaker box that we did not get. They did not change them out. We called another air conditioning company. They said by our description of water on the floor and ice on the a-coil, that the other system was repairable. We did not need to buy a whole new system. At least four men stood there and said nothing. The emergency heat strips were running the whole time. That was 90 amps. The cooling was set up for a two speed compressor and this new unit they installed is a single stage. We got it all in writing. We did not need to spend thousands on a new system nor be shamed for inquiring why our electric bill was so high. They are not honest like their radio ad says. And they try to take advantage of retired people and treated us and talked to us like we were stupid.

"We sent a Certified Letter to the customer signed and dated showing received by Customer returned to us March 22,2020. SBAC wanted to meet with the customer to resolve all issues with no response. The customer added on to the home and would not show us the Electric Bill. We reached out by E-mail and have all documentation where the customer would not agree to solve or resolve the issue. We are willing to place this documentation on-line. They indicated we could come to their home, without them being there, and that is not a legal way our company can respond because we want to deal with the acutal customer with proof of our good intentions with witness and documentions. SBAC has had no issues with trying to resolve matters with this customer."

The technician that came out was extremely professional and took over 2 hours reviewing everything and explaining it to me. He was the only good thing to happen. After waiting 5 days for communication I called to ask when the estimate would be sent. I was treated like I was bothering them, as they had other bids to get out. TEN days later I got a written estimate. Meanwhile we hired ETR out of Tyler and are extremely satisfied with their professionalism, response time and courtesy. We purchased a Daiken system for $13,000.

"Our Company spent 4.5 hours at no charge to completely diagnose and sent one of our Top Techs. Since this was a NON-Profit we delayed in giving a quote due to the fact that we were hoping to get a Donation or a good Price for Quality Equipment. We Support many Rescue Shelters and have been able to Offer them with Best Service and Quality Equipment and sometime at no Out of Pocket Expense. This customer also wanted us to Re-locate an Air Handler to the Attic and Out door to the rear of the Home. On the Original Invoice a price was quoted and left with her on Invoice. SBAC responded after Researching and reaching out for Donations. We usually surprise the Customer with this news to not create false suggestions. In our efforts we resorted to giving her numbers with no response and she actually spent more than we quoted her."

First of all when I sent a request for a technician to come out, the lady who handles the call center for this company was very nice and polite at midnight when I called. She had no attitude and called me 8:00am Thursday morning, and told me Justin would be out at 3:00p - 5:00p, well
He worked so swiftly on his other calls,he was at my house at 1:30p. He called got some insight on my unit and then began working swiftly to get us cooled off. He found out the last company we used left untighten bolts and he used video to show us our problem, which was very cool and total professionalism for my wife and I. He's knowledgeable and is one of the nicest guys we've met, as he really takes pride in their company and his job he does. If you have AC/Heating issues please call these guys, as I'm very happy I trusted my gut when I was researching a new company to use for our AC issues. Thanks!

Had several companies give me bids.  I ended up going with Stonebridge Heating and Cooling and they solved all of my problems.  The guy that came out, one of the owners I believe, had expertise in this area, and he was able to give my a very good opinion and a very good quote for the fix.  On the outside unit condenser, there was an issue that all of the other companies did not address.  Stonebridge quickly noticed there was an issue with my line from my inside unit to my outside unit, they included this fix in my final price.  Also included in my final quote, the technician also included a fix to my secondary unit line that was kinked running into my pool house.  Overall, Stonebridge provided a high quality of work and professionalism.

Didn't seem to mind that I was closely watching everything that he did, and he gave good answers to the questions I asked in understandable language. The man was very professional and prompt. He showed me that my unit is very old and should be replaced. He explained that we have some mold growing due to a dirty filter, and he cleaned the coil. I have a home warranty on the house and had A/C issues. The warranty company sent out Stonebridge to do the work. In comparison to all the other companies that have been sent out, Stonebridge is the best and I will use them in the future. The gentleman that came out recommended some work not covered by the warranty. He ended up doing the work and fixed the problem. I felt he went above and beyond what he had to do. They are a great company.

I was not really happy with the service. There were days when they said they were coming and they would not show up. One time they showed up and did not complete the work, and I had to call them back.

Called first thing Monday morning, because we had noticed water dripping from the condenser drain. Our electrical bill had also been unusually high for two months, so we suspected there was a problem. They could have come as early as noon, but I needed to be at work, so I met them at 4pm. The technician was on time and very polite. He cleaned the condenser coils, added a pound of freon and unplugged the condenser drain. He also provided me with an estimate for purchase of a new unit as needed.

AC went out a month ago and was covered by a home warranty.
Company-A came out and replaced the Compressor, Capacitor, and Dryer
Fast forward 3 weeks and the AC unit is not cooling again.
Warranty company sends out Company-B
Company-B states that the unit appears to have had the Condenser coils maliciously damaged.
Warranty company sends Company-A back out they claim there's nothing wrong with the Unit and the warranty company claims that there's not an issue with the Unit.
Warranty company sends a third company(Roy with StoneBridge Heating and Air Conditioning) who services the unit.
Roy comes out checks the unit, compressor, pressure, temperature of the return lines etc.
Determines within half an hour that the problem is that when the compressor was replaced that Company-A didn't clear the copper line out and that not all the lines are clogged, from the outdoor unit all the way to the coil in the attic unit.
Roy explained how everything worked with regards to the lines, freon travel, pressures etc in very easy to understand terms which all made sense to someone that doesn't understand how it all works from a technical perspective.
Roy also noted that for a unit that was as old as ours (10 yrs) the condenser coils had normal wear and tear and we're actually in quite good shape for the age.
I would highly recommend Roy @ StoneBridge Heating and Air Conditioning for any AC issue that you might have. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that the I (the homeowner) knew what the problem was and understood it.

The installation went well enough, but when I noticed a difference in temperures from one part of the house to another of 4degrees, was told it would not be that way in the spring and summer. Joe also said there are somethings we can do if need be. as soon as it began to really warm up I noticed that the rear part of the house was too warm for me to sit and watch tv ar do anything else comfortably. many calls and complains have made regarding this matter. So far nothing has been done except for techs coming out to confirm my problem. Joe avoids taking my calls, and never returns them I have even emailed him with no response.
