We sent a Certified Letter to the customer signed and dated showing received by Customer returned to us March 22,2020. SBAC wanted to meet with the customer to resolve all issues with no response. The customer added on to the home and would not show us the Electric Bill. We reached out by E-mail and have all documentation where the customer would not agree to solve or resolve the issue. We are willing to place this documentation on-line. They indicated we could come to their home, without them being there, and that is not a legal way our company can respond because we want to deal with the acutal customer with proof of our good intentions with witness and documentions. SBAC has had no issues with trying to resolve matters with this customer.Service Provider Response
Our Company spent 4.5 hours at no charge to completely diagnose and sent one of our Top Techs. Since this was a NON-Profit we delayed in giving a quote due to the fact that we were hoping to get a Donation or a good Price for Quality Equipment. We Support many Rescue Shelters and have been able to Offer them with Best Service and Quality Equipment and sometime at no Out of Pocket Expense. This customer also wanted us to Re-locate an Air Handler to the Attic and Out door to the rear of the Home. On the Original Invoice a price was quoted and left with her on Invoice. SBAC responded after Researching and reaching out for Donations. We usually surprise the Customer with this news to not create false suggestions. In our efforts we resorted to giving her numbers with no response and she actually spent more than we quoted her.Service Provider Response
