Lowes did a great job!!! Installers were on time and did an amazing job. Cleaned up the yard completely. 3 neighbors have even come by to brag on the job they did!! 100 percent satisfied. Will definitely recommend to others.

: They said they would come back and they didn't.  So what can you do. The man at Lowe's that I have to talk to (Phil). He is not even trained to do his job.  He brought out a screen that needed to be put on and didn't even know how to install it.  The siding man had to install it.

Salesman was familiar with the product and gave me his best price offer.

Lowes had a special fixed price install offer for hot water heaters and dish washers -- we had a series of install problems that were sort of a joint responsibility ...the Lowes contract installers honored the agreed upon fix price ... they could have demanded regular hourly rates of $50 to $70 to fix the problems .. but they honored the install $$$$$ ... talked to Lowes and they seek experienced installers who appreciate the opportunity .. ww

We use Lowes for everything, including flooring, kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel and deck building. In the last year, I've spent $25,000.00 at Lowes. They're great.

The estimate was a little higher than what I wanted but the guy seemed to have done a really good job of looking over everything. The quote was for $4400. The guy who came did a really good job and he called me up and he told me what was going on. The guy who gave me the estimate did a really good job and he estimated more things than the other people did and that made sure that he knew what he was talking about. I would have had them do it if not for the price. They took the time and did a good job. They were out here when they said they would be and when I spoke to them on the phone they were good.

The price was pretty good and they did it in a timely fashion. The quality of the windows are pretty good and they did a good job.

This is ongoing. We decided after the first install that we would complete the house by replacing the remaining windows in our home. The first install was done quickly, professionally. It took longer to get the product than I expected the first time and it is proving to be the same this time also. If there is anything out of the ordinary ie special order door, tempered glass in windows, it will take twice as long as expected. Lowes is very good about responding to inquiries. Rusty and Laura are accommodating and knowledgeable. The installers, Jimmy and Jeramie, are efficient and professional. So far, with the exception of having to wait longer than I want until the install, everything has been very good in quality of product and service.

I am very satisfied with them. I like the fact that I got when I went looking for. I would definitely recommend them to other members. Their price is very competitive.

They were reasonable and I don't have any complaints.

LOWE'S

Lowe's, was very professional, nice courteous and did a good job. I used them to do flooring in 2009 also. There was a couple places that popped under the wood floor and they came back and fixed it.

They were great. I was surprised how quickly everything happened. After they were done they left all of the left over supplies and even organized them on our back porch so that we did not have to move them ourselves. The work itself is beautiful. We went with them because they gave us a deal on installation and a military discount.

It went seemless. My wife pushed for this project to be done so she got them for Christmas. We got all the estimates sat down and discussed which company to go with. We selected lowes and the rest is history. The house is quieter and warmer. Good investment.

In response to my inquiry about their roofing services Lowe's responded promptly with an inspection of the roof to be repaired followed by a detailed written bid. They answered all questions concerning material and payment. Upon receiving the contract Lowe's followed up with delivery information. Installation crew did a good job of cleanup upon completion. Lowe's advised of the work schedule then followed up to assure work was completed satisfactorily and on time.
