I was blown away when they quoted me $1500+ to replace 50 ft 3 wire with a 4 wire from the fuse panel to the dryer outlet. Needless to say they didn’t do it.

Tried this company based on reviews and regret doing so. Shower was not draining and we assumed it was clogged. Technician quoted $315 to fix (auger), which was about $100 higher than I expected, but since it was late- I signed for him to do it. He had difficulty getting the auger to pass so he went under the house to inspect and came back saying the trap was installed a ways down the line instead of directly under the drain making it hard for the auger to pass. Came back and tried a smaller hand-held auger without success. Said he could tearout/re-install the pipes and gave me a quote, but since that was going to be very expensive, I told him we'd think about it. When I asked what we owed him, I was gobsmacked when he replied that I needed to pay the full $315, just for trying! He did offer to knock off $20 after I told him that I thought it was very unfair, but considering that he wasn't belligerent and probably did not have authority to haggle, he was paid in full and sent on his way. D*x*e Plumbing in Lindale came out and cleared the hair clog by passing an auger through the pipe in the septic tank AND installed a strap to secure our shower drain for $195...

Josh and Brandon came in to find a possible leak. They were very thorough; but, didn't find a leak. They had to move several items around in a closet and in a hallway. Afterwards, they put everything back as it was before they moved it. They explained what they thought could be the issue; but, they didn't push me to do any work. They were friendly and I felt like I could trust them. If I have plumbing issues in the future, I will call C. Woods and ask for Josh and Brandon.

The technician was able to immediately identify the problem and to get us working in less than an hour. He had the parts he needed with him and did not have to order or go pick up. We were so pleased we signed an annual maintenance agreement with them. Price below is including the annual service contract which includes Air Conditioner - Heat - & Plumbing.

Marc was friendly, knowledgable, and careful to clean up after himself. We were impressed with his work on the bathroom, and called him back a couple days later to do the washer line. The staff in the office are also great--they get you scheduled quickly, and have a good system in place to let you know when the repairman will arrive (via text updates and calls). We have tried at least half a dozen different plumbers since we bought our house 4 years ago, and C Woods is the one we always call now, if we have a plumbing issue. They also have lots of coupons out there (on their website, and in the mail) which help save a little $$.

The serviceman performed a thorough check of my system and cleaned the outside coils and inside the unit. Very pleased with the service performed and agreed to a semi-annual maintenance contract. Would recommend finding out beforehand what services are performed during a normal maintenance so there are no surprises. Great communications and follow-up from both the company and the serviceman.

The plumber is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to inspect thoroughly everything to do with the plumbing. When he found something he thought needs attention, he detailed at great length why he thought so. At the end of the visit, he wrote up several ways to attend to anything troublesome with estimates attached. The estimates were in line with those received from other companies. VERY HAPPY with this visit and with the annual contract.

Excellent! Was very pleased. They didn't charge a service fee for coming out where we live. Also, dispatched a plumber as soon as I called. A place I called before them said it would be six days later before they could get here. Our plumber was "Paul" and he did a fantastic job.

I asked how much for service call. She told me the guys would talk to me before any work was done. She knew I had a water leak and should have told me there was a $256 fee to FIND the leak. But she didn't. I really needed to know where it was coming from so I told them to go ahead. They were under my trailer about 10 minutes, took a couple of pictures, and came back out. They said they THINK it's coming from air conditioner but there was wires hanging so they couldn't do anything. So I paid them $256 for nothing! I called the office. The manager was supposed to call me back but never did. I will NEVER use them for anything again! I feel like they stole that money!

I called about 7PM and although they were booked solid, they did send someone out. Their plumbing specialist came out and did a most thorough check and did find the leak . It was coming from a water heater and the vent out of the roof had been broken off by someone doing work on the roof. The water heater also had other issues. The representative, Jack Trice was very professional , thorough and helpful and I will certainly use them again. The lady answering the call was also very nice and friendly and although they were booked up, they scheduled the work for that night.

Our AC went down in July of 2015. The tech came out and suggested we replace the AC and heater since it was over 10 years old. The tech gave me a quote and said there may need to be some additional work done on the duct runs. The tech said we may need an additional return air placed in a different part of the home. I have let the maintenance tech know we are not totally happy with the system. The maintenance tech said he would get back with us. After a year I was told that since the return air wasn't in writing on the original quote I would have to pay half the retail price to resolve the cooling problem. The financing of the system was also not handled as the tech had presented.

My family and I have been long term customers with this company and I just want to say that every year that we used you guys, we have had some issue every summer since 2010 AFTER buying a new AC Unit from you guys. The last time we used you guys we bought a new coil that was previously replaced by you guys.. Guess what a year later during the Hottest part of summer.. Our AC unit freezes again and we call a new company and they record and show us video of the coil you guys were suppose to replace and the last technician we had didn't even put the bolts back on tight to the pieces he supposedly fixed. Nor was he even courteous enough to put our $3000 brand new unit back together after working on it.. I'm very dissatisfied with that and for people such as us who trust your judgement and expertise.. We feel like we wonder did we buy and purchase all the unnecessary stuff to keep spending $$. We feel like we were taken advantage of and I plan to report it to the BBB and other sites. That's not fair to think and believe you have been done fair and then a new company comes in and shows you lackThere of about $5000 later..?

I have used this provider many times and have usually been pleased.  I called with a leaky faucet and they were there within a couple of hours.  The service man performed the work acceptably; I didn't check it as I was busy, so I paid him and he left.  When I went into the bathroom later, there was dirt all over the place.  He didn't clean up at all, either inside or outside the shower.  The work performed was fine, but the dirt was ridiculous.  
I called the office and asked to speak to his supervisor, and I was told someone would call me.  4 days later and still no call.  I assume they no longer clean up after themselves so I am not going to utilize this provider again.
