"Wow...I'm not sure how to begin to respond to this report. I am the owner of this office of The Cleaning Authority. Yes, our corporate headquarters are in Maryland, but my business is exactly that...mine. We have owned and operated our office since May of 2003. You should do a little more research before you post such unkind and untrue statements. We've cleaned in the area for over 8 1/2 years, and yes, we do serve Tomball and one part of Magnolia. We also clean in the Woodlands, Spring, North Houston and Cypress. When the time and opportunity are appropriate, we often will expand into other zip codes. My office has won back to back Mark of Excellence awards for quality and customer service. The call center is in place in order to professionally take messages and help customers during the day when I and my General Manager are often in the field working with teams and/or meeting with customers. I personally have lived in the area for 11 years, so you can not get more local than me. I have a wonderful, dependable staff of professional house cleaners and 2 Quality Inspectors...all of whom are local and report directly to me. I apologize that we have not yet expanded into your specific zip code, but once again I encourage you to do a little more research before you attack someone's company and livelihood. "Hi there~I'm a little confused about the punctuality issue. As soon as you mentioned via email that you needed a more concise time, I believe we gave you a time constraint. Also, any quality issues are something that we address immediately. I've just been looking through our email and your customer record and there are no quality complaints on record. I expect excellence from my professional cleaners, but they are human and can make mistakes. We have Inspectors in the field that inspect approximately 30% of our cleans daily, but sometimes we need to hear from customers to resolve issues. We can't fix anything we don't know about. Your home has been inspected six times since you began service. We welcome you research and try the competition! We'd love to win your business back after you've tried someone else. "Hi there Member~We are a Green Seal Certified company, so while we don't use any harsh or bleach-based products, we do use a disinfectant that kills 99% of viruses, bacteria, mold, mildew and fungi. Our vacuums are Hepa sealed with disposible bags. Also, we use microfiber rags that are only used in your home that day. We also have several customers who have us use their vacuum and/or cleaning supplies. We do not use standard brooms. Thanks very much, Katie Rowe, Owner"

I searched under the first and last name and nothing came up. It's possible that this prospect called our employment line OR called another office of The Cleaning Authority.
