Things have changed since, from the appliances to the type of bulbs we use. The existing service (overhead), and meter are not rated for a 200amp breakerbox. These items are required to make the 200amp breaker box function. You are within city limits and require a permit. The permit includes our administration fees along with the process of getting the power temporary disconnected to reconnected the same day. The deal does include installation of a surge protector valued at $524.48 at no additional cost. It also includes grounding (which is a code/ safety regulation).
