The crew showed up on time.  Everyone was extremely nice, especially Raoul and Eddie.  They did a great job and cleaned everything up very well.  As a matter of fact my flowerbeds looked better than I expected after all the work.   I would highly recommend Fix My Slab to friends and family alike.

Difficult job, messy if you have interior work.  Fix my Slab went out of their way to work with me.  They went as far as working 1/2 day Christmas Eve and New Years Day.  Outside cleanup excellent, inside lot's of dust, but they are foundation workers and not house cleaners.

so far so good. with as slab I think you should reserve final o.k. for a while

Ty Stricklin came out when promised and on time.  He looked over my house, took readings with equipment and met with my wife and me.  He explained in simple English the current status of our foundation.  Simply stated we do not need foundation repairs at this time.  We may need it later, but his recommendation was to wait until cracks become more pronounced and/or doors stick.
We appreciated his honesty and his direct easy to understand explanation.  We were given Fix My Slab by a friend who had work done by them in the past.   We will recommend having Ty and his company look over anyone's foundation problems based on our experience this morning.

    Ty Stricklan and Fix My Slab did a very good job for me in repairing some slab settlement on my house which happened due to the Texas drought in the past two years. When I first contacted him, he made an appointment to come out to my house just a few days later. He examined the house slab outside and inside. I had already hired a professional structural engineer previously who had given me a complete report and a drawing showing where the engineer believed the 17 piers should be installed. I showed the engineer's drawing to Ty and we discussed what the installation of 17 piers would entail and when the work could be done. I told Ty that I didn't want any interior piers installed because the engineer's drawing didn't call for that. Nor did I want to have to repair my front porch which is constructed of bricks I could not find any more. He told me that he would follow the plan of the engineer's drawing. He also said that tunnels could be dug under the brick front porch which would eliminate any need to drill through the bricks. I was adamant that my slab be repaired quickly because I plan to put my house on the market for sale by the month's end.
    Just two and a half weeks after signing the contract, Ty's Fix My Slab came to my house to begin work. They arrived promptly at 8AM as scheduled and began their work. They assured me that the work would not take more than two full days. They worked steadily all day on Tuesday of this week until it began to get dark. The crew of 5 or so men didn't even leave for lunch, but ate their lunches on the front lawn. On Wednesday, the Fix My Slab crew returned again early in the morning and resumed their work. A few hours after lunch, Ty came to my house and said he needed to come into my house again with his equipment to take measurement while the house was being leveled. This process continued for some time until Ty told me that he believed the house was level. I checked on a crack in the tile of my master bathroom while the foundation was being leveled and was delighted to see that most of it was closed up. What was left, was now a hair line crack that could be easily caulked. After the leveling was finished, Ty asked me to go outside and consult with his foreman as his crew began the clean up procedures to make sure they did what I wanted. This clean up went smoothly. The crew even distributed some excess dirt to other parts of my yard where the ground around trees had been sinking due to the drought. I signed off on the work and paid Fix My Slab the final half of their bill.
    I appreciated the reasonable price and the promptness of getting my foundation repaired. Mr. Sticklan and his manager, Raul, and the other members of his crew were easy to work with. They were all polite and professional. They left my yard in good condition. Despite a problem we had the first day when my outside electrical plugs were not working, the Fix My Slab crew were able to work around this issue until we found out where the GFIs needed to be reset. I would recommend Fix My Slab to other home owners needing foundation work done.

He told me if there were not any more issues, than it was not something that needed repaired right now.  He was very helpful, nice, and friendly. He was on time for the appointment and I was pleased with the estimate experience.

Ty came out on time, looked at the problem and measured, then gave me a price The workers were here on time. Everything went smooth. I'm very happy and impressed with the whole process. I highly recommend "Fix my slab".

The prices were on the high side vs others but Eric was quick to respond and get as competitive as he could.  At the end I chose a different company to do the work due to an, overall, more competitive bid.  This company was a strong second choice.

It went fine. I got another quote that was lower than theirs so I didn't go with them, but the person was very nice and he seems like he knew what he was talking about. He was the business owner and he came himself so that was pretty different compared to other people I talk to. I would use them again.

They did the work as promised, and they did it well.  They also responded quickly to an issue at one corner of the house which I appreciated.  My only problem was that they didn't fill in some holes they made under the house.

Everything went well.  They did good work, they charged the most competitive rates, and they cleaned up after themselves.  The only problem was that they left the gate open.

I needed an estimate for a slab repair to decide whether to buy a house
or not. The guy came out and was very helpful, told me exactly what he
thought was wrong, what in addition was probably wrong and high and low
figures to repair. The low figure was well above what I was prepared
for. It was in line with another foundation repair company. If I had
gone ahead I would almost certainly have used them. He had some very neat equipment to determine what parts of the foundation were higher or lower than a reference point.

Ty Strickland was prompt in scheduling an appointment to come give an estimate for the repairs.  He arrived on time, actually eary, and did a very thorough inspection.  He was professional and friendly.  He gave us a very fair estimate which was much lower than a competitor's bid.  We knew our neighbor's across the street had scheduled someone to do their foundation repair so we took him over to meet them and he gave them a very good estimate, also much lower than the competitor.
We scheduled the work and while they didn't do the work on the day scheduled because of delays on another job, they did arrive early the next day, did the work, cleaned up and rechecked the house level before leaving.  They couldn't repair the concrete areas where they had to dig it out because it started raining.  But came out the next week and did the work.  I was not entirely happy with how they repaired the concrete on my back porch.  They seemed to be in a big hurry.  There was wet cement all over my back door and patio wall that I had to clean up myself.  Also the patch was not leveled to the existing concrete.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Fix My Slab.

Overall the job was good, Ty showed up as he said he would and his guys did the job in the amount of time they said it would take. I was a bit upset with the customer service side of the job. Ty had brought it to my attention that there was a leaking pipe and advised me to get the materials and his guys would take care of the repair. After I advised him i was going to the hardware store to get the materials for the repair he backed out and said he dint want to do the repair and said i need to hire a professional to do it. I took care of getting it repaired at a cost to me of $250.My biggest issue with the leak was his supervisor had told me when he was showing the leak to me that he wasn't sure weather it was already like that or his crew had caused the crack.  The second issue was when the guys finished back filling the holes they ended up crushing my french drain field line. I called Ty to let him know what had happened he asked me did i want him to come over and fix it, I told him it was a little late because we had just had a 3in rain in 15 minutes and I had to rip out the drain line in order for my yard to drain the water away from my house. He never offered to pay me for that repair either.
