Having Clean Team REPIPING my home was an excellent experience starting with the professional, polite young man, Trent, which arrived on time and gave me a fair estimate to the sheet rocker’s who replaced the sheet rock, were the small holes were made. The first team laid it all out and the next day’s team connect everything, so I was without water only for a short time. The RE-piping only took two days and they left each day better than they found it. The sheet rock team was scheduled shortly and they did all the patching and finishing in one day, they also, were awesome team. Here we are a month out, I noticed what I thought I might be a plumbing leak, on my bathroom ceiling, I called and they sent a professional young man out name Michael, today, who went in the attic, checked it out and took pictures so I could see. He came down and stated the good news is, it’s not your plumbing, but the bad news is, it looks like I might have a small roofing problem. So with all that said, I have been so pleased with Clean Team RE-piping, they have been so pleasant and refreshing to work with such a professional team and business. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to my friends. I must say, it’s wonderful having great water pressure and hot water all over my house.

In March 2020, Clean Team Plumbing repiped our home and installed a tankless water heater. Brad was professional and honest. Our service technicians Artis and Lazurus were great and their workmanship was beyond reproach. All my questions and concerns were answered timely and professionally. The drywall team was top notch. It was really good! I've used them a couple of times. When I own a home before, I already have a water heater and no company wants to just hook it up but Clean Team Plumbing was willing to do it and they just charged me for the labor. Whenever I was renting, the owner said I could still use their guy and if I got a quote from the other guys, they're willing to match their pricing.

They did not do what they said they were going to do. I called them back because they were supposed to insulate things and did not. They came and said they completed the work. But did not finish. They sent someone to come back and patch some holes in the wall. They spilled some of the material on my carpet. They told me it would take three days. They took long lunches. I spoke to one of the supervisors, who was disrespectful. I ended up fixing some of the things myself.

After getting two other quotes from competitors, Clean Team beat both. David, estimator and master plumber, was very professional and patient with all of our requests. This job was a big project and was estimated to take up to two full weeks. Their men finished in less time than expected even with unforeseen hiccups that arose. Plumber Rudy and Chris B. were excellent in providing not only quality work, but great customer service. They also finished patching sheetrock the same day the indoor work was completed. We are not easy to please when it comes to projects on the house, and we are so grateful we went with Clean Team Plumbing.

Overall good, but can improve when dirt had to be replace in the plumbing hole in yard, took long had to remind them came back twice.

the plumbing install went smooth. we were informed the dry wall company would be right out to repair our walls. that did not happen. took a day and a half after making several phone calls. the plumbers did a great job and they were great to work with. the dry wall work dose look good. just did not get them out as promised.

They were half as much as everyone else that were quoting. We had the whole house re done, and we just had all the walls painted, where as a number of other companies said they would have to make big wholes in the ceiling. These guys made like five small wholes, four of them in very inconspicuous spaces, like the closets. And one was out in a place fortunately in a place that was not painted yet, minimal destruction and they were very professional, efficient, they were done in maybe two days.

Estimate and installation work was pain free. The work took them a little longer than anticipated. The first day they layout out all the new pex. The second day they cut the lines over and installed the heater. Heater install was a little troublesome to vent concerns but they figured it all out and did a great job. They found a small leak in the pipe as it came into the house from the meter. They suggested i replaced the old rusted pipe, i agreed. I will continue to monitor for leak but so far no issue. Some of the sheet rock access holes were a little messy/over cut, but a great job overall.

They did an excellent job. They were just real efficient. They re-piped my whole house, and I was only without water for three hours in one day. That was better than the other estimates that other people had given me of how long the water would be off. My 98-year-old father lives with me so I can’t really have the water off for very long. I was unexpectedly pleased with the price. I got three estimates. They were actually the lowest which I don’t usually do. They do a lot of advertising here in this area. I probably looked them up on Angie’s List and something else. They are a big company. Their pricing was very much in line. It was reasonable. It’s about the only thing I’ve had done at my house that actually went well. I had no problems, I was shocked. These days you can’t hardly get anybody that does anything good.

All was going well enough until I went to lunch. I came back and wall paper had been cut out (not cut away where it could be repaired) and there were a lot of holes in places we had not discussed. Essentially, the first crew (there were 3 before it was all, more or less, finished) just wanted to do whatever to make it easiest. The destroyed a $1,200 dishwasher then said "well, we are plumbers, not appliance guys". They replaced it but still. The first crew was so inept they didn't understand the way the hot water re-circulation pump worked so they just didn't run the line for it. Then they installed one that is not designed to do the same task and won't return my texts. Finally a third crew with a lead plumber came out and corrected "MOST" of the problems. But I am really disappointed in the craft, the communication, the cleanliness (don't even get me started on the mess) and the feeling of distrust they left me with. I really don't have a good sense of feeling as though the quality is there. Oh! And they were supposed to bring my water heater up to code and didn't fix the flue. They just got lucky since the inspector didn't go out to the garage.

Really well. The team was professional - it was clear they do this type of work every day. The sales team was great and very responsive. The job was completed on time - though they probably could have finished it a little earlier. The sheetrock team showed up as advertised and did a great job cleaning up.

everything went great

Went great, they were indeed clean. about $500 higher than the other bidders, but selected because i heard from a neighbor that the cheaper bidder had drywall sub issues. Only issue i did have was the contract did not state that drywall would be textured to match the original texture. The sub said they don't apply texture, (I discussed this with the person that did the estimate), but after the sub called the person that did the estimate all was well. and after they finised, the drywall matched perfectly (they do not paint).

It was wonderful. The plumber Luis was very experienced, polite, and kept everything clean. I was provided me with a warranty.

I am very impressed with this companies professionalism and service. Our technician, Luis Garcia, arrived at our home with a helper. He was professional from his dress to his conduct. After a cursory investigation he quoted a price to investigate further. They taped off the area, laid paper on which to walk (also wearing shoe covers). He found the problem, quoted the price for repair, and promptly made the repairs. When completed they fully cleaned up the mess to the point you couldn't tell they had been in the house. I highly recommend their service. I'll certainly use them again.

These guys are great! Showed up, took a tour to see where they had to work and what they had to work around. Then they got to work. They know what to do and how to do it right. When there were options, they took the time to explain them and give me the choice. It was nice that the sheetrock repair was done by the same company not a subcontractor( they also did very good). I highly recommend this company!

The price quoted was good compared to other estimates, but the installation was a headache. 1) installers stepped through the ceiling in my kitchen 2) water main was rerouted through the master bedroom closet. The fitting leaked and soaked the carpet in the closet and Clean Team had to come back out to fix it, which also meant tearing out the sheet rock again. No offer was made to dry the carpet. 3) Water supply line to sink in upstairs bathroom wasn't tightened and when we had quests stay with us the sink leaked. 4) A year after the installation while moving furniture I discovered one of the air-conditioning vents had no air flow. When I went into the attic to investigate I found the air duct had been broken where Clean Team made a junction with the water pipes. Of course no mention of this was made by the installers. I called Clean Team twice asking to have them come out and repair the air duct. I was told they would send someone out, but they never did. After a month I repaired the broken air duct myself.
