The floors looked great. By the time they were done, the tile looked just like when had first moved in. They were great in explaining the entire process to me. When they were finished, they moved all the furniture back into its original spot. They were nothing but courteous and professional the entire time. They do amazing work. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them in the future!

right away, an promptly provided me an electronic estimate of additional
service that we agreed upon. All work was done efficiently and
although I won't see the true result until the grout is dry I am very

Marti did an outstanding job in replacing the caulking and cleaning the backsplash in the kitchen. He was very professional and meticulous. I even called him back after I messed up the caulking before it was dry and he gladly replaced it with a positive attitude.
He then replaced the color grout in the bathroom floor which brightened up the room. I am very satisfied with the work.

He did a good job, sometimes the lighting makes it tricky to see what's done and what's not, but between us we figured it out, and if we saw something we thought needed a little more work, then he went right back to it and cheerfully worked at it all until we were happy.

Tile and grout was fairly dirty from over 15 years of traffic and use. Now it is back to it's original condition. Grey grout was all but black and now it is gray again. Great service. Would use again

I got the Angies List Big Deal for $190 for 350 sq/ft of tile cleaning and sealing. The actual sq footage was 400 so it was an extra $75 for the extra 50 sq ft. They were responsive in scheduling and showed up on time. They did a great job cleaning the floors and the tile countertops and backsplash. Marty discussed the differences between the clear seal and color seal and I chose to go with the color seal. It was an additional $260 (as it requires a lot more labor) but makes a huge difference and allows you to change the color of the grout. They did quality work and used drop cloths and corner guards to protect cabinets and floors. They even cleaned some scuff marks off the drywall for me. I will definitely call Marty next time I need floor cleaning and will recommend him to others.
