Overall, we're very happy with the bathroom remodel Alan's team did in our home. It is the ONLY bathroom in our home, so we had to move out while the work was being done. At the beginning of the project, we asked Alan to try to finish in 3 weeks to help accommodate our need to be away. He said he could potentially finish in 14 days. In the end, he was able to finish in exactly 21 days as we'd hoped he would, and we certainly appreciate his attention to completion time on our project. My only feedback would be that there were some things I had to tidy up after the guys left. I pick my battles with contractors (and you probably should, too), and the issues were all minor things I could take care of once the crew was gone. These were things like touch-up painting, one small wall repair, the addition of a little trim on the shelves inside cabinets they built for us to cover gaps near the walls, and the addition of a little caulking to the barn door floor roller assemblies. Perhaps the crew was in a hurry at the end of the job to try to meet my 3 week completion request, but as a perfectionist I can't help but be honest about both the positives and negatives of the job. Alan's an excellent sales person, and I'd just give advice I'd give to anyone hiring a contractor. Contractors need you to be involved in order for you to be satisfied. Alan will tell you he's a terrific contractor, and he is a good contractor. But I still don't think I'd have gotten to satisfied had I not asked questions and remained involved in the job for its entire duration. I'd like to thank Alan for entertaining my questions and providing sound advice. I'm not experienced in home repairs, remodeling, or design, so having a contractor who's willing to help me figure out what I want is important to me. Finally, I'd like to thank the members of Alan's crew. They had full, unfettered access to my home for 3 weeks, and they never messed with any of my stuff and generally respected my home and its contents. They were all really nice guys who showed me respect, graciously accepted my feedback, and entertained my questions.

Best remodel ever! I postponed remodeling our kitchen because of other people's horror stories. Alan Quintana and his team at What's Next Remodeling erased all my fears. They were professional, qualified, on time, and did amazing work. Alan helped me through all the decision making and created a beautiful and functional design. His team often worked until 8 PM to get things finished. The house was always clean and easy to live in to spite the complete demolition of the kitchen. Alan worked alongside his professional craftsmen and solved every issue promptly and easily. He was far more perfectionistic than I was. I love my beautiful kitchen, and am thrilled that my awful pantry is gone. If you want a professional remodel with no need to worry, What's Next Remodeling is the only choice.

I have been wanting to get my home office professionally done instead of hobbled together with components from IKEA. Alan and team had remodeled my kitchen earlier in the year. I was pretty familiar with their quality and handy work so I engaged with them to remodel my office. My goal was pretty simple. make effective use of my small loft area as a functioning office as well as showcase for my large Star Wars collection. I met with Alan and his cabinet maker and we came up with a design that would meet my needs. Once the cabinets were manufactured it took Whats Next Remodeling about a week to build my dream office. They did the following: * Installed canned lights in the ceiling * Installed both lower and upper cabinets, with the upper cabinets having glass doors * Installed custom book cases with glass shelves * Installed a wrap around butcher countertop for the desk I am beyond pleased with what Alan and his crew did. They were here everyday and usually a little bit earlier than they said they would. Alan and Whats Next Remodeling pride themselves on good customer service and it shows.

Alan and his team did a fantastic job remodeling my kitchen. They converted a bar-height kitchen island to counter-height, replaced the granite with a beautiful marble-look quartz, replaced the outdated back-splash with glass tile, took out an under cabinet vent hood and replaced it with a modern, stand-alone stainless steel vent hood, installed a new gas range top, installed Alexa-enabled LED lights under and over our cabinets, took out a built-in desk and replaced it with more storage, and replaced a trash compactor with a pull out trash bin that matches our other cabinets. The end result was breath-taking! With about a month of advance planning, they were able to get most of the work done in about a week and a half. We've already started talking to Alan about our next project!

What's Next Remodeling--what an appropriate name for an amazing company! Because once they finish making one thing beautiful, you find yourself asking, "What's next?" From start to finish, Alan and his team were professional, prompt, courteous, and responsive. They did exactly what I dreamed of and had suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. Alan is meticulous in his attention to even the smallest details. He worked hard to get things exactly as I wanted--even when I picked the wrong color of paint, he worked with me to make it right. I needed to update the aging kitchen in my townhouse. Recently I had a not so great experience with remodeling my bathroom with one of the large remodelers in the DFW area. I was little hesitant to get my kitchen redone because I didn't want to deal with the stress and headaches again. However after Alan (owner)/What's Next Remodeling came out to my house I had a very comfortable feeling that they would do a good job. I'm glad I trusted my instincts and went with What's Next Remodeling. This has been the best experience I've every had with a contractor/remodeler. Alan and company demo'd and remodeled my entire kitchen plus the flooring in the entrance/laundry room/powder room in a little over 3 weeks. Some contractors will start a job strong but then delays start to happen. What's Next Remodeling stayed strong thru the entire job. Other than two days during the job they were at my house every day including Saturdays. They were very eager to get started on the job and did not rest until the job was done. Although they moved quickly they did not sacrifice quality. Alan came to the house every day to check to make sure the job was moving along. He also pitched in from time to time. I think what really helped the job run smoothly is that Alan/What's Next remodeling has been working with the same group of contractors for a number of years. He's not sending a contractor out to your house that he has't work with. before. The cabinet vendor they use is top notch. I have cabinets that will last for a very long time. I love the soft closing drawers and door. Along with the dovetail joints. I'm a big fan of Alan/What's Next remodeling. I can't wait for him to do another project for me.

I run a 5 star Air Conditioning company and I need a contractor that can do any number of things that come up during the course of our day to day operations that are outside of our scope of work. I rely on Alan and What’s Next Remodeling all the time for projects. Everything from drywall repair, framing, electrical, plumbing, welding, fencing. It doesn’t matter what I need done. I call What’s Next and that’s it. I know it’s going to get taken care of promptly, properly, at a fair price, and best of all, my customers love them. They do fantastic work and I already recommend Alan and What’s Next all the time.

Expectations were exceeded. I can not say enough positive things about Rene, Alan, and their team. The quote- this was the only company (out of 4) who provided a detailed itemized quote instead of a laundry list of things to be done with one final price (despite requesting it from all of them). Quality- the attention to detail, the respect for our home and our things, and the fact that they cleaned up everything at the end of the day was second to none...and most importantly...they did not take any shortcuts! The crew- not only did Alan come everyday to our home, but his "foreman" was also here all day, every day. I know it is a concern of some, so I will address it here- there were no communication issues at all. Everyone was hardworking and enjoyable to work with. We will be using What's Next Remodeling in the future, without a doubt. They were wonderful to work with, and did I already mention how clean they were? Well, it is worth mentioning again!

The work and workers were very organized and punctual. My only complaint is I preferred cedar wood for shutters assumed that was what I was getting until I checked and found the price quoted was not for cedar wood but a cheaper wood ,but it was listed on work sheet cedar wood and a price. In the future I will check if item listed is what I am getting.

The contractors and workers were punctual, professional and extremely skilled. They kept us informed at every step. We weren't sure about all the design details, but because of their recommendations the shower turned out fantastic.
