"When you make a purchase for service through Angie's List, they do not provide us your email or phone number. The only way we can reach out to you is through their messaging center. We sent you a message asking for your contact info or to give us a call to schedule your service. The quote provided was to install a pressure reducer, replace leaking heads, fix pipe breaks, and install more efficient nozzles in areas with poor coverage. The parts required to do these repairs/optimizations are well over $100 in cost. Your irrigation system was running higher than 90 PSI. High pressure causes your sprinkler nozzles to mist instead of spray. If your system is misting, you are wasting water and the landscape suffers from improper irrigation. A normal operating pressure for an irrigation system is 30 PSI at the sprinkler head. Your pressure was three times that amount. I called and left you a voicemail to explain this. If another service provider claims they did the same work for less than $100, you have been taken advantage of. Give us a call when you want the work done properly by a licensed irrigator."
