He removed the limb plus other limbs the house that needed to removed. He was very professional and did an excellent clean up job. he had great concern to tenants outside processions.

They did excellent work . I would definitely use them again.

They clear some branches from a magnolia tree to allow their truck to get in our back yard.(with prior approval). They also cleared some other limbs that were obstructing the entry to the gate into the back yard. They first removed some loose branches that were lodged n the tree and then cut the tree down in sections from the top down. They removed all of the wood that they cut down as well as some branches that had previously fallen from the tree. They hauled away all of the wood and brush involved in accessing the back yard and cutting down the tree. They were courteous and checked to see that I was satisfied with their work before they left.

Showed up with all the right tools and equipment. Got the job done without much involvement on my part. This was in an area that other work will be done so I did not have him make it look undisturbed when he was complete. Felt like not having to do that was reflected in the price.

The work was done timely and safely and all of the tree was cleaned up and removed. The yard was smoothed out after the removal was completed.

The company is professional and prompt. They showed up when they said they would and did a very good job. They hauled off the dead trees and limbs and left my yard in very good shape.

Mr Ousley and crew came to give us a quote early in the week and when we accepted the price, he managed to work us in that week so my grand daughters could have an end of school pool party. We needed the tree down to put up the pool. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the first tree down and the second cleaned up in one day! I would recommend Mr Ousley's company to anyone wanting tree removal or trimming at a great price and from a company that does safe and excellent work. The fact that they worked us in so the children could have the party was a great service and shows they care about their customers.

Great job!!!! They were prompt, professional, and there was no damage. They were careful not to drop any limbs on either residence and even made sure not to drive on the grass. When the trees were down, they removed all the debris. It was like they were never here!

Trees were trimmed without disturbing lawn. One tree had power service to the house going through it. large branches were removed without disturbing or striking the power lines. Others were hanging over my shop. these also were removed without falling on the shop roof. Very courteous and professional men. I highly recommend this company to any one and will use them in the future.

Mr. Ousley went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely recommend him to our friends and anyone else in need of tree removal.

David and his team were extremely professional when providing this service today. They arrived promptly when I was told they would, they got started immediately and worked consistently the entire time. They were able to take down the tree and remove it with no damage to my home or surrounding landscaping. He and his team were diligent when cleaning up, going above and beyond the mess they made while there. My yard looks better than before they arrived. The tree was removed, hauled off, and cleaned up within a days time. I would highly recommend their services to a friend or family and will most definitely be using them again for future tree services.

It went very well! They came on Wednesday afternoon and were done by end of day Thursday. My place looks awesome and I couldn't be more pleased.

He showed up when he said he was going do. The day he said he was going to do the job, he showed and he was the most reasonable price. He didn't tear up anything. He cut real close to the house and never hit anything. He was polite.

To save money I asked David to lay the tree's on the ground and leave them for me to clean up. They were left in a way that was easy to cut up into small pieces. All of the limbs and branches were piled up in a neat pile next to the tree's. The pecan tree's were treated where limbs where cut off. I would definitely use David again.

Once they came and gave us an estimate on the cost they came within 3 days. They started at 9:00am and was completed at 1:00pm. They were responsible for cutting the trees down (only). We agreed to pick up.

I first contacted the contractor for an estimate Monday afternoon. He promply arrived and we discussed the project. He gave me an estimate and I advised him I had one more to get. Of four estimates I received, his was not the lowest, but it was, in my opinion, the best value. The one bidder who bid $200 lower did not have a bucket truck and would have had to physically climb each tree. The process would have been more tedious, more cumbersome and much more dangerous!... and I suspect he was not insured or bonded. I notified Mr Ousley that same evening and he juggled his schedule so he could begin work on my trees the very next day. He and his crew arrived Tuesday morning and immediately set to work. I was impressed not only with the thoroughness and efficiency of the operation but also the dedication and work ethic of the crew. Not once did I see any slacking or anyone sitting down on the job. By Wednesday afternoon the job was completed. The trees were trimmed to my satisfaction and my yard was cleaned of all debris. Mr Ousley personally took a leaf blower and blew accumulated leaves and debris from the roof of an outbuilding... leaves and debris that had accumulated over the past couple of years! Several times during the operation, Mr Ousley asked me if I was satisfied with the job or if any issues needed correcting. There were none. It was a job well done.

Excellent service. I was very impressed how quickly he responded to my call. He was the only estimate I sought because I had seen some of his work and once I met him I just knew he was the man for the job. He's definitely a professional in his field.
