bought a bedroom suit, part of set was damaged, took over 2 months to replace, unsure how long it would have taken if I had not continually called after 2 months had past. Then, could not get call backs. When I called, told me a different lie every time. then, was guaranteed delivery on a certain date.. date came and went.. I agreed to a later date (like I had a choice) Then, I advised AM only, was never called to set up time. When we called to ck, they advised was pm delivery.. unbelievable. Asked to speak to a manager , found out later was not the manager, was an assistant and lacked professionalism. They did not keep any of their promises. I researched before I bought from them and thought all the negative comments were just unhappy customers and since they treat you so good when they are trying to sell to you, I thought I'd be able to write a positive review.. But, that is not the case. I am very disappointed in how they treat customers once they have the sale. Really sad.
