Mr. Mike was fantastic! He was friendly, kind, but still professional. He got the job done quickly. It was well done and the price was amazing! If I still lived in SA I would use him anytime I needed any type of painting done!!

required our supervision over painters to be sure all areas painted; damaged area of house as a result of thier work; might do best in large commercial space where attention to detail not required like in a residence.

"I have a signed document from this customer stating that they were aware of the poor condition of their flooring prior to our work. "supervision"? The wife was home,and impatient, I didn't realize that meant we were being "supervised"."

He did not follow his contract. We have a very large old house. We told him we hired him because he was suppose to be on the job sight. He was not. Had two young men on the project. In one day they scraped the old paint which was not completes. The second day primed the house before doing any repairs. The thrid day they start spraying paint on the house. The house was not prepped before the painting. When we complained about his workers he did not like that and he quit. The job was not completed.

"My company followed the contract until Mrs. O put a stop payment on a check issued to us for services. The job was 50% complete which was explained in detail. And the remaining work to be done had already been scheduled and agreed to with Mrs. O. The "helpers" left on the job site were my forman and helper, as owner of Jordan's Painting I am in no way obligated as is any other company to be on the job site at all times.This house had already been 50% prepped by another contractor and there was no explanation as to why that contractor left the job incomplete, Hmm, I wonder why?? Stop payment on funds maybe??"

Mike has a family business and takes pride in his work. His estimate was below all the others and he showed up for the estimate on time. He started the job quickly and was finished in a timely manner. He did not expect payments until after he had completed the work. there were a couple of touchups that needed to be done and he took care of them immediately. I would do business with Jordan Painting again and have already given two people his name.

They showed up on time. They were very professional and had a professional contract that outlined in detail what they would do for the price (I really liked that). We corresponded by email and he was very prompt in getting back to me. I added a few things to the original project and the amounts he charged me for these extras was very fair. They did a great job on the Interior Painting. I walked through and asked them to touch up a number of things and they graciously did so and even went and bought extra paint so I could have each color to have on hand for later touch up. Very pleased with Jordan's Painting. Would highly recommend!

they showed up when Mike said they would and did the job they were contracted to do. They also did some sheet rock repair along with the painting. The first repair job was not satisfactory however, they came back to make corrections. The repair still shows but I am not sure this is within the contractors control. They also used the wrong paint to paint one of the interior doors; should have used a gloss but use a flat paint by mistake. this was not corrected.

I was in a time crunch because another painter flaked out on me, and I had a rental unit that needed to be painted before being shown. Mike Jordan came out the same day to give me an estimate, and had the unit done right on time. His crew even patched some missing texture on the ceiling that I hadn't noticed til' he pointed it out. Very good.

Very professional and polite to work with. Good communication through out the process. They painted the exterior of my house, and did a wonderful job. My house is beautiful! The workers did a great job of clean-up and insuring the detail painting was done.

Overall, good experience. They were an hour late to the job and took three hours longer then intended, but with the crappy weather that is expected. They went above and beyond to do a great job. THANK YOU MIKE!
