I initially contacted Xtreme on July 4.  This company actually does take calls off hours.  They were pleasant and professional (even though I think I interrupted a family event).  The emergency call was scheduled for July 4, but I had to cancel due to someone not able to be there.  No problem.  Another event occurred, so I called Xtreme again. Within a few hours, a technician arrived, and handled the problem.  Xtreme offers an senior discount and other coupons online. They always listen to the customer's side of the story.  They are helpful, gracious, and understanding.  Thanks again to Joseph (our tech), Patrick, Kathy, Angie (office staff and dispatchers), and Eddy (owner).  It was a great experience to deal with these people.  ..."we serve our customers as if they were part of our family!" That's on their website, and they mean it.

From start to finish our experience with Xtreme Air Services was awesome!  This company is amazing - they're professional, and affordable.  They took the time to explain their pricing plans, they arrived in a timely manner, they were just overall really GREAT and did a really great job!  Thank you Xtreme Air Services!!

he worked on the unit.  said it was good and that he had many working older units. answered my questions. however he did not have a "report of work done".

Tech arrived on time and got the job done.  He claimed that the filter (permanent type) did not need cleaning. Probably it should have been cleaned.

I wasn't really too impressed. They were on site for maybe 20 minutes.There was some confusion about when the appointment was scheduled. I had to follow up with them a couple of times. When the technician came to my home, he spent an hour and maybe 16 or 20 minutes. Everything that was supposedly included in the big deal, I don't know if that happened. I pretty much had to call to make sure that they were still coming and they came. They were friendly and nice.

Mauro removed the covers on the condenser unit and provided me with an explanation (he was clever enough to use his phones camera to reach into the unit, illuminate the area, take a snap and show me the issue) of what was causing some of the problem with my unit. He gave me several options from full replacement of a 22 year old unit, or acid wash cleaning of the coils, to adding more Freon (Band-Aid). They charge $45/lb for R22 Freon which I thought was a fairly competitive price. I was very pleased with the service provided, and the speed at which they responded to my request for service.

They called me the morning of the service and said that they were quoted the wrong price on the part and it would be $175 more than the price they quoted me and wondered if I still wanted the work done.  I told them that I would figure out something else, as that was 30% more than they quoted me originally.  The tech called me back within 5 minutes and said that his boss would eat the extra cost or go back to the manufacturer and get a credit for quoting them the wrong price originally, so they stood behind their quote.  They were there earlier than promised and completed the work efficiently and cleaned up when they were done.  The technician was professional and friendly.  I would recommend them and use them again.

The technician wanted us to sign up for a service agreement.  My thermostat doesn't seem to be working right yet.  His appearance was not the best either.  We got off on the wrong foot when he arrived, he immediately asked to use my bathroom.
