They are average. The problem with any one of those services is there is a lot of turnover so you have different people coming into your home a lot. You are having someone come into your safe space, so to speak, every single week. It could be someone else and they you don't see them the next week so you have to worry. It is unsafe and it makes me worry. But there is a lot of turnover. The work generally isn't the issue. I have had some issues. I have a party coming up so I will have them come clean so that I am not doing 10 hours of cleaning, but I think I am not going to have them after that. I think I am going to cancel them because, to me, if you are just doing floors and the bathroom --it is just basic stuff, yet I have to pay every other week for $140 a month I can clean my own bathrooms. I don't know if the cost is good enough for the benefit. Sometimes I walk in and think it is worth it and some times I walk in and wonder if they did anything. Actually they do very well on the responsiveness, when I have raised these concerns they have tried to please me. They have been late before so that has been an issue.
