Tracy AC was the only provider that answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon. It has been over 100 degrees in Houston and they came within 2 hours. I had been assigned by my home warranty to another company that I could not even get to answer the phone and was told it could be three days before I would have AC. They were professionally dressed and when they could not get the AC repaired quickly they stayed until they had the issue resolved. I was very impressed and very grateful. I would highly recommend them.

Tracy and Kelly came out on a Sunday night which is amazing. Within 15 minutes they had the AC blowing at 59 degrees.

Called Tracy A/C 6:00 pm on a weekday bc my AC unit was not cooling at all and had ice on line. Immediately answered phone by Kelly - very friendly and helpful. I assumed next day service - but she offered to contact a close by crew to see if they could come that same night. They were there two hours later. Tracy came himself with a helper. Uniformed, professional, helpful. Problem was solved. Price was very fair. I will use them for all HVAC in the future. Call them. You won't be sorry.

We have had 5 other techs from other companies come out to fix our AC unit. Two of those companies were sent by our warranty company. To summarize, we had bad experiences with all of the companies - from high $ sales pitches to scheduling issues and disrespectful techs. We finally called our warranty company and had them list their providers - we picked AC and Heating by Tracy and we are SO glad we did. Tracy and another tech were at our house within hours. They pinpointed the problem, fixed it and gave us a rundown of potential problems for the future. No high-pressure sales or pushing us to do anything unwarranted. It was a breath of fresh air. We will use this company from now on.

We asked him why he started his business, and he answered that he did not find anyone that he felt would take care of people. Ultimately he said that if he wanted to be that option for others and went to school and started his business. Tracy is definitely a man that cares about others and that's the type of business owner we want to do business with.

At our request (after the initial experience) Tracy and his team effectively analyzed our problems, studied and recommended a course of action. We adopted it (and him). Couldn't be more pleased. Inasmuch as we have much more work to do on this old home, Tracy will be instrumental in the remedial strategy and will likely be a major contributor in the overall plan. In todays world it seems to be a challenge to find someone that will take pride in the planning an implementation of solutions, exhibit honesty and integrity, and take responsibility plan execution. He is a refreshing departure from what passes for normal. We couldn't be more pleased.

Tracy's crew are punctual, efficient, professional, & courteous! When he originally bid the work, Tracy provided several options with their respective prices and general info on Trane units so we could make an educated decision. We had a few hiccups after installation, but Tracy was diligent in getting the issues remedied. So glad to have finally found a technician we are comfortable recommending & can trust to do the job right!

My A/C went out on Sunday night. I called Mr. Tracy first thing in Monday morning and they came out that afternoon as promised. He diagnosed and fixed the problem promptly and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend his services and will certainly use him in the future should any other issues arise.

It was good. It went very well. He's a good guy. He had the best price. He did everything as per agreed and on the time frame that he said.

Tracy came out when our old AC quit. He talked us through the options we had and never pressured us to pay more than we were willing. Tracy gave us great advice about our very old furnace as well and we decided to replace both at the same time. He and his crew were very professional and did a great job, talking to us through the process and answering all of our questions.

I called on a Wednesday evening and received a call back immediately. Our a/c system was blowing hot air so we turned it off and Tracy arrived approximately an hour later. We turned the system back on and it was working fine. Tracy went on to explain that our fan motor may be going out and since it was a recently purchased condenser that it should be under warrranty. He ordered that part and he was right because the few days we had to wait for the part to arrive, the fan continued to stop frequently. Two days later he stopped by and quickly replaced the motor and everything has been great since. He is trustworthy, honest and efficient. We will definitely be calling him again if we need any a/c or heating work done in the future.

I got 3 bids for our 2 unit A/C upgrade. Tracy was the one with the most knowledgeable and best price. When we picked A/C & Heating by Tracy I called him on a Friday morning and he was out that same day to start work. He knew that I was without A/C in the middle of the summer in Houston. They were very professional and neat.

With another Houston summer quickly bearing down on us and a failing 24 year old A/C unit, we called 3 A/C contractors on Wednesday for estimates to replace our system. The technician from A/C & Heating Service by Tracy was the only one who came out the same day. He spent an hour inspecting our system at no charge and emailed us an itemized quote the same day. Natrually, we waited for the other 2 contractors to give us their quotes before we made our decision. A/C & Heating Service by Tracy was almost $1200.00 lower in price than the others and had a crew at our house with our new system on Saturday morning. The crew showed up on time, they were quiet, clean and professional. They were in and out in about 6 hours. Our house was finally cool and we felt like our money was well spent. Our system came with a 10 year warranty and the technician even called us the next day to make sure we were happy and cool. That's GREAT customer service! We will not hesitate to recommend A/C & Heating Service by Tracy. In fact, we've already given their number to several of our friends!
