They always come the same day, I never feel like they are really trying to get me to get unnecessary work performed. I don't think they ever overcharge me.

This was a very major project, but we were very happy with their work.  They were timely and we have had no problems since with any of their work.  The price came in right about where they said they would for their estimate.  Their customer service was good: they always promptly returned calls and answered any questions we had.  The job that they had to do was horrible.  There were a couple problems that arose during the project, but they fixed them without charging us for them, so that was good.

Company did great work. They showed up on time, removed the old water heater and cleaned up.  I would recommended them.

Excellent experience! I had had some flooding in my downstairs bathroom while I was out of the house. Came home to find toilet tank running and wet floor and carpet. I fiound this company on Angie's List and read their reviews before calling to schedule. I was easily able to schedule an appt. for the next day with Brent, who called in advance as requested to let me know when he was on his way, allowing me time to drive back home from work. Brent arrived with his apprentice, Brian. Both men were polite and efficient in their work. Brent was professional and informative when I asked questions. He honored the Angie's List coupon discount I had printed out and did not even charge me for the installation of the soap dispenser in the kitchen sink, which I had bought but needed help installing as I was unable to get the old one out. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

S & B Plumbing - Sugarland Plumbing Service were prompt and solved the problem. When they unclogged it they found out that the real problem was that our pipes were buckled and so they had to come back and lay new pipes. We didn't get any other estimates for the price so I am trusting that their price was good. They were good.

They were prompt, called me before to tell me they were on the way.  They showed me their IDs and that they were certified in plumbing.  The work was good but I thought the price was too high. They were friendly.

Sugar Land Plumbing preformed an excellent job putting in our water heater. I did a fair amount of research before pulling the trigger. All of the Angies list companies seemed to be equal, however I found Sugar Land Plumbing the most transparent company during the initial part of booking the appointment and they were consistent with those promises when they showed up. It was a tough call to purchase a new water heater but they gave us real choices and accurate information with no sales pressure. In the end, the best value and decision was to replace the water heater and Sugar Land Plumbing gave us the accurate data to make that decision. Based on my research I feel they were a little more competitive with overall price as compared to other high quality plumbers listed in Angies list. I would recommend them to anyone and will most likely use them again.

Called April 03 for sewer line blockage.  They were there within one hour (Stephen) and cleared the line.  Cost $140.  They let me know there were more problems even though the line temporarily cleared.  On April 08, the line completely blocked again.  They responded within two hours (Stephen) to rework the blockage and to run a camera down.  They found the problem under the sidewalk close to the street.  They contacted the City - long story short - the City will be completing the repair.  Probable cost to me $3,000.00 if I would have had to pay for it.  Any plumbing company could have told me it was my problem and not the City's and I would not have known any different.  They were honest and worked on my behalf to coordinate with the City.  I am so grateful for their honesty.  AND they did not charge me to rework and scope the line on their second visit.  Top notch company in every respect. I have some small plumbing repairs needed in my house - I will give them all my business and refer them any time I have the opportunity to do so.

Mr. Edmunds reviewed the problem with the toilet, ordered the necessary parts and when they arrived returned and  repaired the flushing mechanism which two other plumbers said could not be repaired and advised me to replace the toilet.  I was impressed with Mr. Edmunds  knowledge and professionalism as well as the reasonable charge for the excellent service.  I would certainly use Sugar Land Plumbing again.

Their prices were reasonable. They were punctual and courteous. They told us upfront what was going to be done and did the work. They cleaned up their mess.

It was a great experience.  They were very honest, very helpful, and did an excellent job.  Furthermore, they were nice and personable, and they cleaned up after themselves.

I had a leaking shower that was leaking into my closet. I called and the receptionist was nice and friendly. I should have reconsidered using this company when she told me they rarely service Pearland, but could do it. I only called them because they were listed in my service area by Angie's list. So, I made an appt for the next day. However, I was never told that I needed to answer the phone an hour prior to the appt. So, no one showed up for the appt. I was told it was because no one answered my phone 1 hour prior to appt time. I had made arrangements for my husband to be here, he was outside when they called. This was extremely frustrating. We rescheduled for the next day.
The guys showed up and told us what they thought was wrong, but wanted to bust up all the tile in our shower, for a minimum of $900. They did say that it was a leak around the drain. My husband suggested that we could possibly seal around the drain where your could see there was a crack. They agreed "unofficially" that it may work. We decided to try that ourselves first before tearing apart out bathroom. The service call for $97 was really expensive for the 15 minutes they spent here.

I had a problem with one of my toilets, my father in-law tried to repair it for me but couldn't. He took it apart and couldn't get it back
together.  I called Sugar Land Plumbing and they showed up that afternoon and put it back together and fixed original problem in no time at all.  A few days later I had another related problem with the same toilet and called Sugar Land Plumbers back and they fixed it at no charge.

Sugar Land Plumbing was my second and last quote.  After calling a well-advertised company, they came out and gave me a "free" quote that was twice what I paid SL Plumbing who gave me a quote over the phone after i described the problem.  it was fixed the next day and 1/2 the price of the free quote. Now I tell all my coworkers and friends about Sugar Land Plumbing.  Thank you for your service and quick repair of my water leak!  You Rock!

The two plumbers arrived at the time scheduled.  They replaced the frozen shut off valve under the sink in a reasonable amount of time and for a reasonable price.  Afterwards, I was able to install my new dishwasher without a problem.

I  called to setup an appointment for a leaking toilet and sink. They showed up on time and repaired everything to my satisfaction. I thought the price was a little high for the work performed but I think all plumbers charge too much. I would use them again for future work.
