It is my goal to ensure all your questions are answered and that you are comfortable with all aspects of the home inspection. I deliver reports via email with-in 24 hours of the inspection. This allows you time to review the report sooner and ensures more of your option period is available for negotiations. I provide an easy to read, comprehensive, and detailed report. My reports include high quality color photos of defects, descriptions of the defects, and any recommendations. My reports are clear and easy to read. I am committed to providing a quality home inspection. I use the latest state of the art testing and measuring equipment. I walk the roof to inspect the details of the shingles, flashings, and seals. I inspect the entire attic for areas of concern such as water leaks or structural deficiencies. I take time to ensure the foundation is properly and thoroughly inspected in its entirety.
