I called and left a message asking for a quote to trim some trees in the front of my house. My message was returned by a woman who said they would come by to give me a free estimate. They never came and never called again.

Eddie and his crew did a great job. They cut and shaped our trees so that they still looked nice but would not touch the house or the roof, which was our concern. His crew cleaned up everything and it all looked perfect. We would use Eddie's tree service again!

I went with another company that had a better offer.

Eddie came out to give an estimate which was accepted. He returned at a later time while no one was at home. The trees were trimmed and thinned, as agreed, and the yard was cleaned up. We have been pleased with the results.

Very very nice. They called the day they were coming, showed up, got to work and cleaned up everything before they left.

Horrible experience. Can this be the same company that has earned 'A' ratings from others? We called to set up an appointment for an estimate, but were told, essentially: "we're too busy right now." When we tried to ask - repeatedly - if they could give us an idea of when they could make an appointment, the responses were vague and evasive. After 3 or 4 attempts at this, we finally elicited a "promise" to call back as soon as they could figure out the schedule. Needless to say, the call never came.

I've used this company to trim my trees and was very pleased with the result, so when I needed a very dead Maple removed, they were the ones I chose. I called, received a reasonable quote, the tree was removed very quickly and the stump was partially ground (my choice). The debris was picked up and, aside from the pile of great mulch where the stump had been, my yard was left clean.

They were fast, and the experience was fine. We were happy.

Overall work was done well and he delivered what was agreed.

Came around to give a quote. Quote was at the high end of my range, but within range, so I accepted it without competitive bids. Work was to be done likely at end of week, but was performed at beginning of next week. He called before showing up. All work was done properly, quickly, extra work was done for nothing or a nominal up charge.

Eddies was very good, they came on the scheduled day and I showed them how to get in the back gate. We were not home when they did the job but a few hours later when we got home the job was done, they were gone and everything was cleaned up. The palm trees in the back were really tall and they needed trimmed down pretty bad but we wanted a company that was bonded and that is why we went with Eddie's as all of the workers are insured. The work they did for us was great.

The job was well done and the crew was very nice. They arrived around 8 in the morning with a large truck and mulcher. All breakable items around the removal area were moved out of the way. Because our garage is attached, a piece of the back fence was removed, which made it easier for them to remove the pieces of tree to the front of the house (we are on a ditch, with a cut-thru to the street between our house and the neighbors). I left to go work. When I came home, I could not even tell we ever had palms in the back yard. No debris was left at all. Everything was swept clean and the fence was put back together. The stumps of the tree were cut as close as possible to the ground. (They were not pulled out because they were very close to the pool decking).

I contacted Eddie's for an estimate on removing one set of 3 stumps (because I was afraid it would be cost prohibitive to remove all of them). Someone came by within two hours and left an estimate for removing all thirteen stumps at $100 over what I had expected to pay for removing the one set. The estimate seemed very reasonable so I contacted them to do the work. It had rained a great deal and they did not want to go into my backyard with the heavy equipment so we set it for as soon as it drys out a bit. I thought that probably meant I would have to contact them again to ask if it was dry enough yet. I hired them on a Thursday or Friday and they had returned without my prompting the following Tuesday and removed all the stumps, leaving beautiful piles of mulch that I am using on my flower beds. They were so easy to work with. I recommend them and would definitely call them again.

We were very pleased with the job performed by Eddie's Tree Service. Mr. Matula called me back and showed up exactly as he stated he would. Everything was cleaned up and in order when I got home that evening. Again, a great job. I would recommend them highly.

We had been dragging our feet on this because were we worried about other trees being damaged in the removal process. Eddy assured us that would not be a problem. He left his truck on the driveway so; the soft ground would not end up with imprints. This meant he had to do everything a distance from his truck. The woods are all cleaned out now, allowing other plants grow.

Eddie's Tree Service did everything they were hired to do. They did haul all the old debris away. They did a great job and was very professional. My yard really has a new appearance to it. I can't believe the difference that it made. They were able to get the job done quick, too.

I had a tree fall down in my yard, and he was able to cut it down for me, and took care of the clean up. He cut the tree down in pieces so there was less mess in the end. He did haul the wood away, so there was one less worry for me. He did the job in a timely manner, and he was very professional.

They did a good job at cutting down the tree after it was hit by lightning, and it only took them two hours to cut it down. They took the whole tree, removed the stump, and cleaned up so good that they made it look like the tree was never there at all. They came out the same day that I called them. I use them for all my tree service needs. They are always courteous and have the best prices out of the three companies that I called.

EDDIE AND HIS STAFF COMPLETED THE JOB ON SCHEDULE AS PROMISED. HIS PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. A GOOD, PROFESSIONAL JOB.
