"Member...thanks for your feedback on our company. In contacting us over the holiday weekend, we may not have made a good decision about weather or not we are the right contractor for your project. When I was told about your project, it didn't sound like something we could help you with. Or at least it didn't sound like anything we've ever done before and I asked our weekend receptionist to call you back and cancel the appointment. One of our goals is to at least point you in the right direction.
