ALTHOUGH THE A/C & HEATER UNIT DID NOT MALFUNCTION DURING HIS VISIT, HE DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING HOW THE UNIT WORKS AND WHAT COULD BE DONE TO RESET THE UNIT. HE ALSO SAID THAT THE $65 CHARGE IS GOOD FOR 30 DAYS - IF THE PROBLEM WERE TO RE-OCCUR
