Very polite, honest and fair. Called ahead of time to say he was going to be 20 minutes late, which was another sign of his thoughtfulness.

They came the same day I called and provided a quote. The following day, the unit was installed. The service level was very good.

Serviceman came out very soon after call, good communication on expected arrival time. Crew arrived at agreed upon time. Serviceman called into office for quote on follow up work.

It seemed like he was not giving a full effort and checking everything since I have an older unit. The price he gave me for a new one was higher than others, and to me it seemed like he put more effort into trying to make a sale than checking to make sure the unit is working now. I felt like I had to work to get him to check it out properly. Price was average.

I was very pleased with Sun Air conditioning when they replaced my air conditioner. The service man was very punctual in getting the work done and he removed the other one from my property as well. The company is very efficient and oversees the work of the service man. I did have two lower estimates but chose Sun because of a good recommendation and I am pleased with the work.

Excellent. I will continue to use them for any A/C service needs.

Richard was on time, knowledgeable, polite and friendly, clean and very, very reasonably priced. He not only performed the work in an efficient manner, but patiently listened to and answered all my questions. Great job.

I made a mistake by not checking things out after installing it. The company came out and reinstalled another unit for free. The company was honest about the fast that it was their fault. They came out right way a to fix the problem. They were really polite and courteous both times they came out to fix the unit so it would cool off the house. I think it works like a dream now.

CHERIE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL OVER THE PHONE. AGREED TO CONTACT ME AT WORK 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO TECH ARRIVING. I ARRIVED WAITED 15 MINUTES & HAD TO CALL TO LOCATE TECH. TECH WAS THEN 35 MINUTES LATE & DID NOT APOLOGIZE WHEN HE ARRIVED. HE REPLACED THE CAPACITOR BUT DID NOT PROVIDE ANY MAINTENANCE TO AIR UNIT. I HAD TO ASK THAT HE CHECK THE FREON. FOR THE $69 SERVICE CALL & $60 PART, I EXPECTED AT LEAST A SERVICE CHECK ON THE COMPLETE UNIT. TECH DID AGREE TO HONOR THE $15 COUPON I FORGOT TO BRING, BUT THAT IS NOT ENOUGH FOR ME TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.

JOB 1. THEY DID GOOD WORK, VERY PLEASANT & PROFESSIONAL, WOULD CALL AGAIN. DID A GOOD JOB OF EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING, & ANSWERING MY QUESTIONS IN AN EASY TO UNDERSTAND WAY. JOB 2. CHUCK CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY. NO ONE DOES THAT ANYMORE.

JIM WAS LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT WAS VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY WHEN HE ARRIVED.

I THOUGHT $1500 WAS A TAD PRICEY AT FIRST BUT WHEN I SAW THE GUYS WORK I REALIZED THAT I'D BOUGHT PIECE OF MIND. THEY WERE ON TIME, COURTEOUS, AND GOT THE JOB DONE RIGHT.

THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND QUICK, AND WERE QUITE UPFRONT ABOUT ALL OF THE COSTS ASSOCIATED. THEY HAD TO COME BACK THE FOLLOWING DAY TO REPAIR AN UNKNOWN PROBLEM FROM THE PRIOR DAY, BUT THAT WAS DONE WITHIN TWO HOURS OF US CALLING. CHUCK'S QUOTE WAS THE EXACT AMOUNT THAT THEY ENDED UP CHARGING, AND WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED. THERE WAS A MINOR PROBLEM WITH A LOST KEY THAT THEY HAD BORROWED, BUT THEY HANDLED IT PROFESSIONALLY, AND ABSORBED ALL OF THE REPLACEMENT COST.

MY AIR CONDITIONER WOULD NOT START RECENTLY. WHEN I CALLED FOR SERVICE, THE SERVICEMAN WHO RETURNED MY CALL ASKED ME A SERIES OF QUESTIONS AND DETERMINED THAT I PROBABLY HAD SWITCHED OFF THE AC IN THE ATTIC. IF I WANTED, HE WOULD COME OUT BUT SUGGESTED I CHECK THIS SWITCH FIRST AND CALL HIM BACK. SURE ENOUGH, IT WAS THE SWITCH AND I WAS SAVED A SERVICE CALL! AND, MY AC WORKS.

CHUCK WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORK WAS DONE APPROPRIATELY IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. I WILL HAVE THEM DO MY YEARLY A/C HEATING UNIT SERVICING.

THE UNIT WAS BROKEN AND NOT WORTH FIXING PROFESSIONALLY. THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE US FOR THE SERVICE CALL. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO TRY AND FIX IT MYSELF, HE EVEN SPENT TIME TO SHOW ME HOW TO DO IT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, ON TIME, AND WERE ABLE TO SCHEDULE ME IN THE SAME DAY.

THEY WERE ON TIME. EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND SAID IF IT DID NOT WORK IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER STEP TO FIX IT, BUT LETS TRY THIS FIRST TO SAVE MONEY.

THE PERSON WHO SCHEDULED AND RICHARD, THE TECHNICIAN, WERE POLITE AND COURTEOUS. RICHARD CAME AT THE EXPECTED TIME. ALTHOUGH THE A/C & HEATER UNIT DID NOT MALFUNCTION DURING HIS VISIT, HE DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING HOW THE UNIT WORKS AND WHAT COULD BE DONE TO RESET THE UNIT. HE ALSO SAID THAT THE $65 CHARGE IS GOOD FOR 30 DAYS - IF THE PROBLEM WERE TO RE-OCCUR

THEY ARE PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HARD WORKERS.

THEY ALWAYS RESPOND WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER WE CALL THEM. WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS.
