Description of Work: They needed to fix a hole on the roof where a shingle detached! It took a long time for them to respond and when they came, it took a few more days to get their quote! Work was good when they finally did it!

Never showed up
Description of Work: Called with emergency leak 7-22-13. Dispatcher took all info and said they would call back to say when they were coming. Never heard back. Left me hanging and lost a day waiting for response that never came. Got someone else out to fix two days later.

Sorry for your experience, looked your information in our system and we have NO information about you or your home. There are several companies that have our same last name. To be exact there are approximately 4. Could you have mistakenly called them instead of us? We take pride in what we do and have so for over 42 years ago. We understand that leaky roofs are items that need to be addressed as soon as possible and therefore we have designated emergency teams when storms occur. Description of Work: I have bought several Angie's list deals before where once work is scheduled someone comes out and does the work. I explained what I needed on the phone when I set up the appointment. I understood I would have to pay extra for the additional work I needed. I was expecting workers ready to work not a salesman writing down notes to get me a proposal later which I still haven't received. I found a a guy down the street working on a roof hired him on the spot and had the work done by the end of the day. My extreme urgency was all the rain we've been having.

In response to your info. As explained in our original conversation that I would be going out to the home to see all that was needed. It is impossible to bring every possible flashing, shingle sealants etc to perform work. It is our standard practice to come out to inspect then provide an estimate. I explained that you would get your estimate within two days. It was emailed the very next day. The real issue was the urgency which I understand. The home was cut in half by the company cheery moving that moved this Mobil home to the piece Of land. The home needed structural construction in addition to the basic package that was purchased. I understand it was just easier to go hire a Mexican off the street based in your words. We hope that we can help you in the future with a needed service, and my apologies that the way our process is successfully set was not suitable for you. Thanks joe Ochoa jr

Description of Work: I scheduled three roofing companies to come out and give me quotes. I set aside a whole day dedicated to the roofers but unfortunately Joe Ochas's rep called me the day of the appointment and told me that he wasn't going to make it, When Io asked why, he said it was too dangerous to be on the roof because it might rain. The sky was overcast but it did not rain that day. The others two roofers showed up without any issues and ended up choosing one of them.

Excellent quick service.
Description of Work: We built a patio cover and need to have it roofed. We had other bids that were 100% more than the quote we received from Ochoa. They came over, gave us a quote and scheduled the service. We are happy with the end result.
