We have a 21 year old SubZero refrigerator that was warm at the top and cool on the bottom. ATC was prompt, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, followed up and arrived at the scheduled time. We were able to deal with one dedicated technician the whole time. Alex was prompt, courteous, professional and repaired the problem. Not only that, when he put back in all the food, it looked much better than before he came. He totally organized our refrigerator! A great bonus!!! During the initial service call, Alex also took time to delicately clean the inner workings with a steel toothbrush. If I needed another appliance repair, I would definitely hire them again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Dishwasher was not cleaning well, but was working. Two techs showed up, checked out the washer, then advised us on techniques and products to improve the performance.

I had an electrician at my house to do some electrical wiring. He pulled my other outlet from the wall and pushed it back. Next day there was gas smell from the oven. So I called the gas company that came out and turned off the gas because they thought it was a gas leak but it was coming from the oven. So the guy from the gas company turned off the gas to the oven and told there was a leaking gas. Then I called ATC appliance to come out. They did come out the very next day and I was happy with their response time. They came out; the guy took a part from the bottom of the oven to look up the piece that the gas company was leaking. He turned the gas on and it was not leaking. He did take a piece off from underneath the stove. They just charged only for the service call and they didn’t have to actually repair anything. I got them off of Angie’s List. The experience was fine.

Overall? It was a wonderful experience. They didn't treat me like I'm an idiot. A lot of companies try to take advantage of the fact that I'm older and disabled. I really like them and would use them again, if I need them.

ATC was prompt in replying and scheduling a service call via email. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and patient in addressing my questions. The problems began when he tried to justify the parts that needed to be replaced. The major problem was the circuit board controlling the compressor, which cools the entire unit. He suggested replacing the board, which made complete sense to me. However he then tried to pitch a story about how when the circuit board stops functioning the compressor is irreversibly damaged, so he suggested replacing the compressor as well as the circuit board. When he called back with an estimate I realized why he suggested this. The compressor is a high price part and requires about an hour to install, whereas the circuit board is cheap and takes 2 minutes to replace. Their total price including labor was close to the cost of a new refrigerator! I told them no thanks. I bought a circuit board online for $60 (1/2 the price of the ATC estimate) including overnight delivery, popped it in to replace the old board and guess what?The compressor kicked on and the entire unit was cooled within an hour. Close to three months late and the old "irreversibly damaged" compressor is working like a charm. Do not use this company or you will be ripped off with a professional thank you and smile.

From the get go ATC reps were prompt,professional and courteous. They were able to address the problem right away. The only wait time was for the parts to come in which they did within 5 days. Would call them again if needed.

My microwave stopped working, but because it was an over the range microwave, I wanted to try to fix it before looking into buying a new one. The tech (forgot his name) tore the whole microwave apart and figured out the problem, but needed to order the part, which would take couple days. Because I was selling my house and had a showing that afternoon, he put everything back to together neatly and told me that he would call me to reschedule the following Monday. He returned on the day he said he would and completed the job. The only problem I had was punctuality. I had to reschedule twice with the company because when they made a 9:00-12:00 appointment, the first 2 times there was no tech by 12:00. The people in the office were apologetic and agreed to take 10% off of my bill. The 3rd time I was first on the schedule for the day. The tech did great work and explained everything. I would recommend them and will call them the next time I need someone to fix an appliance. I will just make sure that I am first on the schedule, or can sit at home all day and wait.

t was Saturday morning and I was waist deep in dirty laundry when my washer stopped spinning. I have used ATC Appliance before so I ran to my desk to call them hoping I would catch somewhere working on a Saturday. The owner of the company talked me through a couple of things to try to save me from being charged for a service call! When that didn't work, he came out......no extra charge for a weekend day. The problem was fixed in a short time. This company is professional, competent, and courteous. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. Perfect!

I was very impressed with the service from ATC -- after initially being leery because I couldn't find them on Angie's List!! They charged a trip charge totally about $60 the first time out, but did not charge it when they came back. They charged for the part and a "flat fee" for the labor of $89. I didn't object to the flat labor fee since he spent a good amount of time here, but it might be a little pricey for a "quick fix."
