Tom Samples Pest Control

Using Tom Samples Pest Control could not have gone better!  They were extremely responsive, got right to us when we purchased the Angie's List Deal, and were flexible when we had to reschedule.  David Samples performed the service and was knowledgable and through.  Our pest problem was fixed and there are not any more ants in the kitchen!   I highly recommend this service and will be using them again.

Initial contact was difficult. Several phones to get it scheduled. The initial visit went well. However, I was promised the office would call to schedule the next visit. They didn't. I followed up five months later to schedule the visit. I got excuses as to the lack of follow through. Second visit was scheduled. Time for the third visit? Again, they failed to call and schedule it. Again, excuses as to why. My pre-paid year of pest control was shorted. I wonder if it is lack of organization or on purpose to get paid in advance for work they do not intend to complete.

Great guy... very thorough and explained the complete process.

They are timely and professional. They came to the house several times to follow up on the treatment. I appreciated the extra effort to schedule with our renter, but then always follow up with me as the property owner. The communication was great.

Scheduling was easy.  The treatment worked fine and I have no complaints.  They were great to work with and got the problem handled.

If I could give this company 5 plus stars-it deserves A plus. I called and spoke with Mrs. Staples and she could not have been any nicer. I spoke with Dennis about concern about possible rats due to seeing poop. He was very understanding. He came and did his inspection and explained it is lizard poop, not rat. Thank goodness. He inspected and explained about possible entry points. This was a worthwhile inspection. I asked what credit cards he accepted and he said there isn't a charge. WHAT? that does not happen. This is my future pest control company and for any one else who Los looking for a knowledgable and honest and nice company. Thank you

What they did seemed to work.  I heard noises in the attic that I thought were probably squirrels.  He said that I probably did have a squirrel.  So, he baited and came back a week later and closed up the openings.  Hopefully that took care of the problem.  There were some delays in them coming out but those were explainable.  They could have been a little bit better about being prompt and staying in communication.  The price was reasonable.

He did a wonderful job. He pulled out draws and searched everywhere possible to make sure everything was covered. He explained everything very well. He was very considerate & professional, yet personable.

We heard skittering in our attic and it turns out there were rodents migrating in and out. Dennis came out 5 or 6 times to reset baits and seal up any points of ingress/egress.
He was very personable and patient, great guy.
Now for the results, the noises stopped for a few months, butwe still have a problem as we hear skittering in the same areas we heard before and also where he thought the main point of entry might be.
So great people, but a year later and we still have a problem.

Was very impressed. Much cheaper than other services I have used in the past. Not only did he arrive when he said he would but he came in the evening after work. He continued to do followups until he was sure the problem had been eliminated. I would definitely use them in the future, heaven forbid, I should need them.

Tom checked my attic and garage and concluded that there was no active infestation.   No need for any service so no charge but I will call then when I do need service because they are local and very professional.

We live on a golf course, so we have a lot of wildlife.  Neighbor's house burned down recently, and the possible cause was electrical (maybe rodents chewing wires).  We wanted to take no chances, so we had a thorough inspection.  Tom Samples did inspection, and we fixed several entry points.  Good job, and I would recommend them to anyone with a similar interest.  Fortunately we had no infestation.
