Woodlands Water Restoration

I want thank Melody and her team for the wonderful job they did with restoring our bedroom closet. I called them after using them in the past. They were very quick to respond. All the workers were very professional, clean and quick with their work. They did an awesome job and the communication throughout the project was excellent.

Woodlands Water Restoration responded to our water leak problem very promptly. They came out to our home in Clear Lake City, estimated the damage, assured us that they could dry out our kitchen and dining room (we had an undetected dishwasher leak), and rebuild our kitchen cabinets. They ripped out the watersoaked cabinets, drywall, and carpet pad. They set up huge fans and a dehumidifier that ran for several days and everything dried out nicely. They came back to pick up their equipment and that is where their help ended. When I contacted the project manager, he assured me that they would come the next week to start rebuilding the kitchen. Never came. Called again and also contacted his supervisor. The supervisor said that he would find out what was going on. Never heard back from anyone at Woodlands Water Restoration so we had to hire someone else to do the restoration. VERY FRUSTRATING11

Performed good work but had communication issues

I was leaving on vacation and woke up to water heater leak. Woodlands Water Restoration showed up an hour and a half before I was due to leave and assured me that they would take care of everything while I was traveling. When I returned from my trip, the leak was taken care of and this was zero hassle for me. This company is a five star company and deserves a much higher rating.
