After several weeks of my vacuum cleaner not working, I finally searched Angie's List and found a local repairman.  I called, left a message and Greg promptly returned my call.  I explained to him what was wrong, he drove to my house the next day and picked up my vacuum.  Within two days, my vacuum was repaired and delivered back to my house.  What an awesome service.  Gregg was a pleasure to deal with and I appreciate his prompt service.  I would not hesitate to use him again.

Gregg installed a new Central Vac when our 10 year old central vacuum died last January.  He did great work and leaves everything tidy.  Our new vacuum motor died on us in July and Gregg pursued the warranty for us and warranted his labor as well.  He goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and provides great customer service.  He's always polite and timely with his appointments.

Went much much better than I had hoped.

It was reasonable. I have referred other people to him. He was very professional. I liked the idea that he came out. The vacuum cleaner I have is not extremely heavy but it was a nice that they had someone come and pick it up and that I didn’t have to bring it in myself and they brought it back. He even cleaned the outside and it looked like a new vacuum cleaner.

Greg was professional and prompt.  How awesome is it to have someone pick up AND deliver your repaired vacuum to you.  He gave us 2 options for the repair which i appreciated.  Overall great experience and turnaround on the repair time!

Greg was fantastic!  He picked up both vacuum cleaners that had lost suction within the hour that I called him!!!  One of my vacuum's had been given up for dead and was sitting in the garage when we decided to let him take it as well as the other that had been severely clogged due to an excess amount of pet hair.  Within a week he called with the estimate and letting me know that parts were needed, I consented and by the following week both vacuum's had been dropped off and were good as new. I highly recommed VacServ!

Gregg examined the vacuum and said he would try to get parts, but he wasn't sure he would be able to.  Several days later he called with the bad news that no one can apparently get Shark parts - Shark wants people to send their vacuums in for service.  He dropped the vacuum back off - again no charge.  I was disappointed that he could not fix the vacuum, but I was really impressed with his professionalism.  I would not  hesitate to call him again when needed - as soon as I buy another brand of vacuum.

He quickly got the system unclogged and tested all ports.

Mr. Kirby responded quickly to my email request for a price estimate to repair my older upright Dyson vacuum which no longer was having suction.  He quoted me a price for cleaning and said that if any parts were needed or if any additional repairs were needed, he would contact me with a revised quote before he performed the repairs.  He picked up the vacuum from my home at no charge, said he would have it back to me within 3 days, and that he would call me if any additional repairs or expenses became necessary.  He called me the next day with those expenses - 2 new filters at a very reasonable cost - which I approved.  He delivered the repaired and perfectly working vacuum to me the next day.  He was extremely polite and even took the time to show me where the filters were located and how to clean the one filter which was cleanable.  I highly recommend Mr. Kirby's services to anyone in need of vacuum cleaner repair.

My five-year-old upright Kenmore vacuum cleaner was making a loud noise and no longer had suction.  I found VacServ via Angie's List and submitted a service request on the VacServ website one evening.  Gregg Kirby contacted me via email first thing in the morning, and we touched base later via phone.  He picked up the vacuum cleaner that day, which was a very handy thing for me since I have a two-year-old daughter at home.  After determining the problem (embarrassingly, the bag was too full), he cleaned the entire vacuum cleaner, replaced the bag, and delivered it back to me within three days.  The cost was so little that my husband and I gave him a big tip.  He was also extremely polite and friendly.  I would most certainly use his service again and would recommend him to anyone.
