THEY TOOK DOWN CEILING FAN & NOW REFUSE TO PUT IT BACK UP.. THEY LEFT IT ON MY BEDROOM FLOOR & IS A HAZARD TO ME TRYING TO WALK IN MY BEDROOM!!! I am 71 & my equilibrium is poor and trying to navigate walking over or around the fan is very difficult.

"Sir, You have an Amazon Home Warranty. We completed the work that was asked of us per your Amazon Home Warranty. Any repairs beyond that you must take up with Amazon Home Warranty. This job was not a regualar service call where you call us, make an appointment, and we go out to your home and complete any work that you are needing. Please review your policy with Amazon and contact them for more understanding."

They were responsive and work was done well. The requirement to pay for two licensed electricians with a minimum of $150 makes them a bit expensive.

The electrician was very professional and easy to work with. He went through the list of items and was able to fix the light socket and checked some sockets for being properly grounded and advised us on a few other things we had from a home inspection report. He also looked at the ceiling fan and determined we needed to order a replacement light kit as it was a specialized fan.

Trim Electric's electrician was professional and skillful. He found out that the lights outside of the garage were causing the breakers to switch off. He then installed the new lights that we purchased.

We had a great experience with Trim Electric. Got a quote with ease. Reuben and Roberto showed up on time and were great. Very easy to work with, patient while I dithered over fixture height, and sweet with my house full of kids. I'm so happy with how everything turned out. Would recommend to anyone.

I called to have TRIM Electric over for an estimate to install a chandelier in a 3 story home for an entry way with very high vaulted ceilings. A man, Joe, showed up and measured the area to install. It was a 34 foot drop with the light coming in at about 1/3 down so scallfaling was going to be necessary. That is why I phoned TRIM originally because they advertise "mounted on extremely high ceilings." Joe said he would get me an estimate within 24 hours via email. 2 weeks and multiple calls from me later I have never received a response. Joe is the owner - I find out today and cannot be bothered to f/u with a customer who spent hours waiting that day for him and an estimate. Very unprofessional. I asked for a card or email and Joe said he didn't have a card and he would just email me the next day. I do not recommend Joe or his company. TRIM - Total Incompetence. Don't waste your time.

I had a dangerous electrical panel that had been cited in reports, where it could have set my house on fire. They knew exactly what the problem was and helped me to decide what new one to have and where to put it. There was no real easy way to put it in the house, so they installed it outside and made sure I was safe.

They did not show up in the hour window provided and did not call. Their window ended at 5pm and after 5pm their phone automatically forwards to a voice mailbox that is not checked until the next business day.

I was not present and they let themselves in. They called with the price when they were done. It was a surprise as it was high for the 30 min. job that the office said it would take 30 min. When I got to the house there was dryer vent hose material cut off and left as litter on my utility room desk. Also dryer was pulled out and left about 10" from the back wall. Will have to have dryer vent install repeated with correct periscope dryer vent part so dryer can go back toward the wall and meet up with the placement of the washer.

Excellent, the two man team came and quickly hung out four fans expertly. They called a half hour ahead and made it to our house almost to the minute; very punctual and courteous.

They did a great job ! Took the time to space the 5 cams lights in the ceiling so that all areas were lit sufficiently and spaced properly. We had three 32" in under counter lights and one 18" What a difference! We can see in the pantry and drawers! Very dependable, efficient and completed the job in a timely manner! Would highly recommend Trim Electric!
