Service tech was professional, friendly and polite not to mention on time. Service performed quickly, he even went the extra mile and corrected a mistake with the faucet installation.

Technician (Brian) arrived at scheduled time and was fully prepared for the task of replacing the water heater. First impressions are important and he met our expectations. He did a thorough job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up afterwards. We would recommend this company to our family, friends, and neighbors.

Woodlands plumbing has performed several services for us in the past including replacing our kitchen sink, repairing the master tub faucet, toilet repair and finally unclogging our kitchen sink. Each time the technician has been on time, very professional, and communicated thoroughly throughout the service. I was very impressed when we requested service on a Saturday and we were charged a regular day service and not a higher weekend rate.

Ben Dawson was pleasant and professional. He told me where the stoppage was located and how I could keep my drains cleaner. All his drain cleaning was done outside.

We used Angie's list to find a plumber with a good rating. We selected this one and scheduled an appointment. The day/time came and went, a no show. So we called and they said they were running late and could not make it, we would need to reschedule. We rescheduled. The rescheduled day/time came and went, a no show. We called and they said that they must have put the wrong date/time on their schedule, we would need to reschedule. We did not. We were really disappointed as we prefer to use local small shops instead of the chain stores. We understand that times can get busy and some issues take longer than anticipated, but they need to call and notify the customer if they are not going to make the appointment.

We've had no problems with anything they've done and it's been a year. Mother were prompt and friendly.

We called Woodlands Plumbing Co. the morning of September 18, 2013 because our garbage disposal stopped working. We spoke with Laura and she said she would try to get us an appointment that day which she did. She gave us a timeframe in which the plumber should arrive. They actually called a little while later and said they had an earlier appointment available which worked out perfect. He came right on time, got right to the job and fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. We also received a free hot water heater inspection! I must say I was very pleased with Woodlands Plumbing Company. The service man was very nice and professional and Laura was so sweet I felt like I knew her! They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again!

Job was well done. They actually responded within 24 hours an made repairs within estimate.

The repairs were completed successfully. The repairman cleaned everything up afterwards and there hasn't been a problem since. The only issue was the repairman missed the first time slot that was scheduled so we had to reschedule for another day. But the service was excellent.

Called the company on Tuesday night when I realized that one hot water heater was out (rusted through leaking water killed gas solenoid .... good thing because I would not have known it was leaking otherwise). Left message they called back early Wednesday.
Scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning, told them I had to leave for downtown by noon, so the lady said she'd try to have them here at 8am .... 8:30 at the latest. She called back shortly and said they had a cancellation and could do Wednesday afternoon, that didn't work for my but I appreciated the thought.
They showed up at 8:50am ... not as promised, but not terrible.
Encountered several issues. Upped quote by $70 because my heaters were hard plumbed to the copper water pipe (they had to cut the pipes and install flex pipe fittings for each heater ... fair price). My expansion and drip pain drains were all clogged (mud dobbers used the pipes to build a home!), By this time I was sweating getting to work, so I helped a little, flushed pipes repeatedly outside to clear them with a water hose. One heater has so much sediment in it that it did not want to drain .... that one item was the real time consumer of the whole job .... not their fault.
Got it all done, I had two other plumbing issues and they evaluated both for a future service call.
They left just before 1pm.

They got back to us quickly. They then completed the work quickly. The price was much cheaper than what it would of cost through our Home Warranty Company.

The work was done very well. My only compliant was than it took 4 appointment attempts before they actually arrived to do the work. Each time I would schedule the 2 hour window for the service. The day before they would call to confirm. And 3 out of the 4 times they called during the schedule time to say they were and quot;running lateand quot;. So, this isn't a show-stopper but i'm lucky to work out of my home so I was here. But if i had to leave work and wait for the plumber to actually arrive, well, that would have been very frustrating.
Other than that, the work was done well. Was it over priced? Yes, I think so. To replace that hose on 6 toilets it took the plumber all of 50 minutes. The parts were not more than $20 each or $180. What I should have done is to watch them replace the one broken hose and then I could do the other 5. Live and learn, literally.

Excellent service and very prompt!

Woke up and no hot water. Hot water tank that they had installed two years previously failed due to the extreme heat. Hot water tank in attic. Called and they said they knew about the failure and that the manufacturer had a fix. Plumber arrived within two hours and fixed the problem.

Extensive repair and modification was necessary.
