Excellent. They knew the right size of motor and spring I needed for my garage door. They were punctual and efficiently replaced the motor and spring. I now have a quiet opening garage door for the first time since I bought the house. Very pleased and will recommend them to friends and family.

The guys determined that the rollers were old and not tracking well. That was the main cause of door not opening and closing properly. The chain needed adjusting as well. They also recommended a change in the springs which were original to the door. I paid more than for just a tune up but the door now opens and closes very quietly and easy. The guys were methodical and quick. Very polite.

It went very well. The technicians listened to what I had to say that was happening with my garage door, and then did a check of things on the door and determined that it was the mother board that was bad. They returned the next day to complete the job, and also installed an emergency unit for me to be able to get into my garage if I am unable to use the remotes to open the door. That was very helpful for me to have been given that information.2

Super! i got a call to schedule within 24 hours of buying the deal on Angie's List. I was able to get an opening for just two days later. On that day Omar phoned to tell me that he was on his way. Two men came, went right to work, checked everything for me, replaced the rollers, recommended replacing the old single spring with 2 torsion springs as I had at my former house. Finished up, tidied up. Did a great job. I feel secure and know that if I'm concerned about anything related to the garage door I can call Omar at TBG - Texas Best Garage Door Co. Very well. They were punctual and checked out the garage door, advising the rollers needed replaced as well as the springs needing maintenance. Although they replaced the rollers, we will have the maintenance done another time .

TBG was hired to evaluate our opener and do maintenance. Maintenance was done but the opener continued to have problems, due to age and poor quality of original opener unit purchased through at a department store. The technicians from TBG were professional and efficient and we are thrilled with the quality of the new garage door opener.

The service was great. They were excellent. They could not fix what the special was so I ended up spending $200 to have the spring replaced. I think he was good. Two technicians came. I think they were done within an hour. It was fantastic; they did a great job.
