"Juanita, I'm sorry you were disappointed with our pricing. For the sake of full disclosure you called us out to diagnose your system issue. We charged you $65 (exactly what you were quoted over the phone). At that point we identified your issue and provided you a quote for repair and encouraged you to use that to compare with our competitors (we believe we have the best values in the metro so we encourage all our customers to gather other estimates). You eventually approved the repair costs. The part that I'm still baffled by is that when we completed your work and sent you the invoice; our repair costs ($450) were exactly what you were quoted. They weren't a single penny above. You never denied that on the phone but you still said it was too high. In order to maintain peace i agreed to discount your invoice in return for peacefully parting ways. I discounted it sufficiently to ensure we lost money fixing your system and you seemed pleased with the resolution and agreed. I thought we had moved on. The next day you posted this review. Although this review does not constitute peacefully parting ways I can only presume that my compromise of "parting ways" offended you. I don't know. Regardless I hope you will take the time to speak to other qualified professionals and should you come to the conclusion that what you paid is not only fair but actually a great value I hope you'll remove your review. We are glad that you were at least pleased with the workmanship."
