They called me quickly after I had requested the service and they were here on time.

Originally spoke with Tim about the nature of my problem. Cole came to the house to provide a quote and then did the work. Cole is very personable, not chitty chatty, got right down to the job at hand. Cole was the only plumber who came to look at the job who actually told me exactly what was wrong before he touched it - and he was so correct!! I very much appreciated that he was willing to speak to me about the problem without treating me like a sad old woman who was incapable of understanding a simple explanation. Also the quote was $300 less than the first quote I received for the job. Excellent courteous and considerate service which was completed very quickly. Definitely recommend this company - and Cole - for your plumbing needs.

Had a pin hole leak in our 38 year old galvanized how water line. Cole showed up right on time on the day we called. Diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, bought a needed fitting and replaced the piece of flawed gavlvanized pipe with PEC line at my request. Quick, professional, fair price, what more could I ask for. I highly recommend this company.

Cole is very personable and determined to make sure you are treated like a human being that depends on their home functioning safely... Took the time and patience to teach me what I can do if the problem happens again...

Spoke with a gentleman named Tim, who sent his guy Cole to my home to look at a plumbing issue I created when trying to change out a kitchen faucet. Cole identified what the issue was. I paid the diagnostic fee and then went back and finished the job myself. Even though they didn’t actually do the work to fix the problem, they helped me to get the job completed.

Cole let me know the repair needed and did the repair in a timely manner.

They are very pricey. $398 for changing out both hot and cold faucet cartridges and a pop-up drain stopper. We were expecting to get the faucet replaced when we heard the price. A $50 Glacier Bay faucet set would have all the parts. We will not recommend them for people we know.

they are to expensive for the work they done, charged me fifty dollars for a commode fixture that i can buy at lowes for 20.00 and 100.00 labor, it was about a fifty to seventy dollar job

Tim responded almost immediately to my Home Advisor request, provided a quote (for a simple toilet install) and offered to schedule the same day. Wow! So much better than one of the other companies who responded to my Home Advisor request and told me they would only give a quote if they sent someone out next week to look at it and charged me a $50 fee just for a quote! Cole did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was polite, courteous and fastidiously clean while changing out my upstairs toilet. The quality of his work was impeccable and the price was extremely fair. He called to let me know when he was on his way and arrived promptly at the beginning of my appointment window which is SO rare in my experience. No having to wait around wondering when the plumber will call and/or arrive! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. A very pleasant experience.

Cole Bartholet did an exceptional job. He found out I didn't have a leak in my main water line but a small leak in one of my bathrooms. He replaced the guts and all is well. Highly recommend him.

They evaluated the situation, I needed two new water heaters, quoted me fair price and completed the work within 4 hours of the start time. You can't beat that.

I thought $50 was a bit much for a working visit. Basically out water heater pilot light went out. The gentleman came within the parameters of time he quoted. Very simply got the thing working by just being able to get down and see and do the simple thing of clicking a button and depressing another one simultaneously. O brother BUT, thank You my God Jesus we didn't have to replace the whole thing. I highly and heartedly suggest this company be used by any one needing help. The service tech was very cordial and friendly but, I hope I never have to see him in this creation again. Shalom to all you readers.
