Very professional. Kept their word (timing, parts, etc.). answered questions and worked with me when I needed to change the service date. I plan to use them for future plumbing needs.

The response was very fast. The gentleman who came to estimate, also did the work within the hour. Very efficient and capable.

We chose to replace all our galvanized pipes throughout our house due to a new leak (not the first one in this house). Plumbing and Drain Innovations was able to come out the next day and find the leak in the attic (not easy to get to mind you). They offered to only repair the leak as well as replace the pipes. There was no pressure or upselling. The job was completed quickly, effectively and correctly. They even returned when we had a leak within our toilet tank which caused water to soak the surrounding floor. The drywall repair work was excellently done, the best we have seen in a long while.

Tim & Jesse were very professional. I felt they were very honest & did the work quickly & efficiently. I actually could not take off work the morning they were coming to install the new water heater but I felt very comfortable leaving them a key to my home so they could come in and start the work. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience from first contact to completion of service. Answered all my questions and didn't try to oversell . They were prompt , professional, friendly, polite and quickly completed installing a new garbage disposal and repaired malfunctioning and leaky toilet. Good, honest plumbers are hard to find. Will definitely use them again and refer to neighbors.

Lazarus was prompt and on time. Such a nice and respectful young man. He was deligent and skilled for the project at hand. He removed an old water filtration system, replaced an old cast iron kitchen sink with new sink, removed and installed an automatic dishwasher. Their cost was very competitive with similar companies. I would recommend PAD for any plumbing problems or projects you may have.

Fast and efficient. I called on Sunday afternoon, work was completed Monday afternoon. Quotes were clearly outlined and sent via text. Final installation photos were sent. Good and easy to work with.
