My project was completed on time. The young man that came out listened to me explain what I thought the problem was. He investigated and said that is exactly the problem and fixed it. I will use this company for future needs of plumbing service. I’m very happy with the overall experience.

I paid $139 for a toilet, and was charged $438 to install it! the plumber indicated that I needed a new copper flange, but when he returned from the store, he had a white plastic flange that holds the bolts and a few other odds and ends for which he charged me $238 to install when it only took him less than 10 mins. to put in. The quote for the installation was $199, so I am truly not happy about the experience. I gave the plumber a $10 tip, not because I had a good experience, but because he went and picked up the toilet from the store. I have other plumbing jobs that I am going to need to have done in 2019, but I will not be using your company!

Great work, expert service but was surprised by cost. However for a situation where a water supply line was leaking in a ceiling they called within 30 seconds of me submitting the request at 7am and they were on site in a few hours to fix a serious problem. Would use them again.

PDI was helpful and took the time to answer all my questions along with explaining what happen to my old water heater. I told them a day that would work for me for replacing the water heater and they were there on time. They made sure everything was set up properly and was efficient in their time. I would definitely hire these guys again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered any questions I had. Came out and looked at issue in the morning, was able to replace same day.

They were able to come out the next morning and the young man that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He went and got the parts he needed came back a short time later and the work was done in no time at all.If we need a plumber in the future this is the company we will be calling.

So professional and thorough. Lazarus was at my house in less than 15 minutes the day before Thanksgiving (another company would have made me wait until Tuesday). He completed the job- a replacement of part of a copper pipe and box for the water shut off valve behind my fridge- quickly and neatly. I will definitely call again.
