Tim called soon after posting the request, he set up a time, sent the name of the specialist that would be coming-Cole. Cole was great and completed quickly, efficiently, -- he was in and out, water heater up and running and hot--recommend.

These guys were great. After I posted the job they had availability the next morning, it wasn't urgent so no prob I booked it. They texted with the name of who was coming he arrived on time and had ID at the ready. He looked at the work needed gave me several solutions and a very fair and decent price (very). He had to run out for the part and with initiative stopped at a local hardware store to get the part which saved a load of time and completed the job in quick time. And it works great. Very happy with the whole experience. I have several other jobs in the nearish future and I will be calling on them to help me do what's on my mind. Just be careful with other company's they wanted a deposit paid online before coming out. NEVER EVER do that. But these guys are top notch.

Arrive early. Rebuilt my kitchen Moen kitchen faucet. Unfortunately the cartridge was installed incorrectly and the hot was to the right iso to the left. He came back within 2 hours and corrected the problem. Excellent work.

Was supposed to come at 1pm but they called that they had earlier opening in morning between 9:30 & 9:45. They Showed up at 9:30, didn t leave any mess and the work appears satisfactory. Friendly staff on phone and in person

I got a phone call from the business shortly after posting the need for restart to the water heater as CenterPoint had turned off the gas. The service was prompt and bought a new water heater as the old one needed to be replaced. Reasonable price for replacement and service.

We had our toilet replaced and the plumber was very courteous, helpful and professional. He cleaned everything up and it looks great! The cost was very reasonable for the work done.

They should tell you they have a two hour minimum for $275. My part was $5 and the labor was $270. They were here one hour.

Not cheap. I can get a cheaper quote. Work is good.

They did a great job.
