I woke up to find both outside faucets leaking gave a call to home advisor they sent my information for three companies I decided to go with plumbing and drain Innovations witch was a wise choice. They contacted me within 10min to set an appointment. They were earlier than expected which was a good thing. They explain to me what my options were, gave me a very fair price. They were very professional and courteous I will be calling them back for future plumbing needs.

I was able to get a plumber out within 24 hours for a non-emergency issue. The plumber arrived on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done and was able to fix the problem before he left. What gives this company a 5 star plus rating from me is that an appliance installer who had been at my home the previous day said I had a problem with a shut-off valve that needed to be replaced. The PDI plumber said the valve was fine, showed me how it worked and did not attempt to escalate charges by installing a replacement valve. I easily could have been taken advantage of but was not. I don't mind paying for honesty.

From the moment I spoke to Plumbing & Drain Innovation I was impressed. Tim was kind & professional. Cole was the plumber sent by the company. He was fantastic. Respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. He finished the job in a timely fashion. He left the work area very clean. The whole experience was great. I would recommend them to any and everyone I know.

Tim contacted me about my request very timely did not make me rush into my decision. Sent Lazarus out for the quote he explained everything to my wife in detail and she relayed the information to me. They came out on Monday started and was done at 4:00pm the next day everything went smooth. Lazarus walked me through the house and was very detail about the work that was done. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone that s looking.

They do great fast work. Great communication and solid work.

Tech was early and very polite and respectful. Unfortunately, I had to prompt him to call the manufacturer on the warranty item (not installed by this company.) Once he had the new item, it was installed quickly.

Lazarus came out to service our water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Let us know what was going on every step of the way. We decided to have the water heater replaced. New one was installed within a few hours for a reasonable price. We will definitely call again for our plumbing needs.

This is the only plumbing company I'd go with going forward. HomeAdvisor suggested 4 companies. Tim with PDI called first so I scheduled his company to come out. Another of the companies called and suggested I get a second estimate - which is true - you should always get at least 2 estimates so I let him come out too. The second company could get there before PDI so my first estimate came from the second company and I have to say - I am very glad I waited for PDI because long story short - the first guy made a comment about needing all new piping, etc. and wanted 4 times what PDI wanted. PDI sent a great young man named Lazarus out and he is honest - hardworking - trustworthy and he did a great job for a fraction of the money. I would not go anywhere else now!

They were extremely professional and it was a pleasure to work with them. . We dealt with Tim and Lazarus. If we ever have a need for these services again they will be the first company we will call.
