During Covid19 it is hard to consider letting someone into our homes. Dennis was very professional, had mask on all the time and wore shoe coverings as well.

Tim called immediately after I visited the Home Advisor site. He patiently listened to my plumbing problem, and scheduled a professional for the following day. Dennis was the tech who made the repairs needed, and was great! His knowledge of exactly what was required and explaining the logistics was professional. I will call Plumbing and Drain Innovations for any future plumbing needs, and will be recommending them (Dennis) to my friends and colleagues. Thanks, guys!

I checked PDI's reviews and they almost seemed too positive. After they took care of a water heater problem that an electrician failed to figure out, I now understand why their reviews were so high. They really exceeded my expectations.
