OCD cleaning came out to clean my home several days ago for the first time. I have never had a service come to clean my home before because I didn't know what to expect, and mostly because I wasn't sure if I would be satisfied. (Mostly every time I have ever had my car cleaned I feel like I could have done a better job myself without paying $60) However, I was pleasantly surprised when I came home from work to my clean house. They went above and beyond what I was expecting and I will continue to use their services. Christina is very responsive to emails which is comforting. My house is around 1,554 sq ft and the monthly charge is $110.

Fantastic service ------ We have been with them for 9 plus years. schedules have always been met and when holidays come on our cleaning day, they make arrangements to get us the next best day service at our convivence. we have 3 large dogs and they clean our tiled floor and carpets very well.

Fabulous. I couldn't be happier. These lovely ladies keep me sane through my toughest times. Their help has been indispensable.

It's been a year or two that I've been using OCD now and I adore them! Firstly, you'll meet with Christina who'll assess the project. She takes careful notes of particulars (Ex: that I need help putting away kit clothes a certain way, and that my main trashcan is in the garage, where I keep my sheets because I never remember to put them out like i'm supposed to) and puts notes on my account. That way anyone who works with me knows exactly how I like things done. She'll scope the project and give a quote. She'll also scope one off projects like my pantry re-org. Every project is different but Christina was able to scope my project to include extra services at a price that worked with my monthly budget. Then from that point you have a lead who's assigned to your house that you'll see consistently week to week. While you'll have 1-2 other people working on your house each week under that lead, there's always a consistent person. If your lead ever changes, they'll be transitioned to someone else who also knows your place in and out. That way everything is done how you need it done every time. Christina (owner) is easily accessible by text and I can quickly ask for modifications (like the sheets are clean this week in the kids room cuz they've been with their dad but I really need extra help dusting the AC intakes. Or there's no laundry to fold but I really need the cabinet faces wiped down. Or -- hey can ask -- can we add 30min?? I've been sick and there are extra dishes and the place is a wreck!) and she makes sure it gets done. I'll apologize from time to time because I can tell the house is an extra wreck. And they're always very compassionate and understanding. Because there's a team rather than one individual to rely on -- my house gets cleaned every week without fail. It isn't like when I had a single maid and from week to week she was busy with school, or her kid was sick, or she just forgot... and I may go 3 weeks without a cleaning. I can count on OCD to be there. They also let me skip weeks. Sometimes i'm traveling and though they have a key ... I've been gone since my last cleaning and I don't really need the extra help. She'll let me cancel that week without a problem. Really convenient that I can take away time as needed when the place is clean, and add more help when it's completely trashed. I always get just what I need from OCD. I'm a full time traveling single mom -- with three ADHD nine year olds. With chronic health issues. I struggle to keep atop my chores. Every day after the kids are in bed, i'm absolutely exhausted and then I begin triage (throwing away paper plates, rounding up toys and putting them away, tossing dishes in the sink). Without OCD i'd be struggling to keep up. With OCD's help I know for a fact at least once a week the dishes are all done, laundry folded and put away, beds changed, floors cleaned, toilet and tubs scrubbed and everything is spotless. Sometimes, they have time to do a little extra and really really wow me like when they voluntarily cleaned my cat box cuz they could tell i hadn't gotten to them in a while, ran three loads of laundry, and organized the mess I leave on my bathroom counter. It makes me wanna cry, they make me feel like i'm not alone. They observe, and do, and help. They see the things that are needed without being told and help me stay atop things. I love them. They're life savers. Hands down -- if money ever got even more tight ... I would cut cable before I canceled my OCD services. They're that critical to my ability to maintain my household and my sanity.

Only they're not OCD about it. I had them over here twice. I talked to the manager about the lady she sent the first time. We thought we had it settled and the second time was just every bit as bad. It was the same person. I put a review on Google of it. I don't know if it's still there or not. They advertise that they're woman-owned and operated. Well, so what, if they're not doing what they need to do? I mean the lady almost broke of my flower arrangements flapping at it. She didn't dust one of my shelves with all of my spices. It was a battle. It was a "we don't do that" type of things. It wasn't asking for anything out of the norm, so I didn't like them. The cost was $80. It's actually, the apartment is 800 square feet, but when you take the closet off, it's more like 700. It was supposed to be a three-hour window. Well, the second time the lady came back, she said, "my boss told me not to spend any more than 2 or 2-1/2 hours over here" and I had talked to the lady before. I called her and I said, "what is this 2 or 2-1/2 hour thing for $80? We had talked and we talked about 3 hours work". "Okay, well, you can have 3 hours". Well, I don't want to go through that every time. They were terrible. They were just interested in big jobs and they're interested in recurring jobs. I'm a small job, but it would have been monthly. I don't care if they are fully female owned and operated. They don't get my vote. They were awful. I give them an "F" because of the hassle they caused and everything else. I don't want to have to constantly follow someone around and watch and, like I said, she slapped at my flower arrangement almost breaking it. "Well, there's no other way to dust it". I said, "well, leave it alone, don't break it!" She did the same thing, she slapped two or three times at my spice cabinet which had bottles and stuff. It was open. What I needed her to do was wipe the top. She didn't have to do every little bottle separately, but at least dust the shelf. It was just kind of disastrous. I got tired of the "we don'ts". "We do" if I hire you. I'm not asking her to do all the windows and get down on her hands and knees. I'm not. A price where goods are delivered, they're an "F" all the way around. It was more of a hassle than anything, but I'll give them a "C" at best. The lady wound up here an hour earlier one time. OCD definitely needs to take their medication. I didn't like them. With me, it's either an "A" or a "B" or an "F". There's really not an in between. Would I hire them again? No. Would I ever recommend them? No. I mean, for me to have to call this lady's boss while she's here a second time and argue over that she wasn't supposed to 2 or 2-1/2 hours here when I had talked to the boss before and the time limit was three hours. It just made me angry. What's it going to be the next time? An hour and a half? And the time after that? What? An hour? It's like it was going to be whittled away each time she came over. I'm just not going through that. I didn't like them at all. As far as grades, I don't like the people. As far as I'm confirmed, they failed. She knows. I would think that any review that you put on line will let her know that there's a review to read. She knows. I had told her that I was getting my house fixed up and I was getting organized.

I have been using OCD for over 3 years now on a weekly basis. 99% of the time I have the same crew so they know my house and the things I want done on a regular basis. Since we have a toddler and 2 dogs, one of which is a black lab and sheds like crazy it is so hard to control the pet hair. They go,above and beyond. There have been occasional times when something I asked to be done was overlooked. In this case I call Christina and she or someone from her team will rush back to the house to make it perfect. She is reasonably priced and her staff is great. I have always left valuables around the house and have never had a problem with theft. I couldn't ask for a better cleaning service. In addition to the normal household things that are cleaned, they change all the sheets and make the beds, clean inside microwave, baseboards, dust all blinds and fans, window sills, clean/dust washer & dryer. Anything you want (within reason) they will do!
