Description of Work: Fixed my dryer. Also came back and cleaned dryer vent.

Description of Work: Repaired Bosch dishwasher. Very satisfied and will use again when needed.

Description of Work: They were very accommodating and professional. I was hosting a baby shower at my home two days before the event and they came the day after I called and quickly analyzed my problem and fixed it on the spot for a very good price. I would definietly use them again and highly reccomend them to all of my friends.

Description of Work: Mr. Appliance was at my house working on a new refrigerator that was under warranty. They were the company that was sent out by the manufacturer. The repair started in April 2013. They finally resolved the issue after several misguided attempts in August 2013. During that time period they were at my house at least 10 times. The service person was very nice and seemed knowledgable, but the refrigerator was above his ability. During the last visit in August, when we thought the refrigerator was finally fixed I asked the guy to replace a plastic handle on my kenmore dryer. He ordered the part and replaced it. In less than 30 days it broke again. I called and they came out and replaced it. Then right at 90 days it broke again. When I called, they told me I would have to buy the part again and have it re-installed. So the first handle lasted 10 years. The replacement handles they put on last less than 30 days and 90 days respectively and you want to charge me? Yes, the office manager said, because I have no guarantee you know how to "open and close your dryer properly." She may be right considering I do over 500 loads of laundry a year. I might be a little challenged opening and closing the dryer door. NOT! I called sears, they replaced the handle for $125 including the part. It is still on and working fine 6 months later. I think the technician might have been as challenged with a dryer handle as he was with the refrigerator. I called the main office and sent emails to all concerned. No one responded to my calls or concerns. I would never use them again.

Description of Work: I had a very noisy dryer that needed service. Mr Appliance sent Joe (technician) out the next day. He was very competent & had my parts on order within minutes. So while he was here, I asked him to take a look at my under cabinet ice maker. It hasn't worked since we moved in and a previous repairman said it couldn't be fixed. Joe found it needed a new pump and a thorough cleaning. Then He also helped me figure out the rack issue on my dishwasher and was able to replace my garbage disposal that day. He came back out 2 days later and installed the new parts for the dryer as well as the ice maker. I was very impressed with the level of service I got from Mr Appliance and will definitely call them for any future repairs.

Description of Work: Very professional technician cameout and repaired my washing machine after it was out of manufacturers warranty. They did a great job making the repair and charged me a fair price.
