I had to watch after them to make sure they didn't miss any spots in the house. I went back through to look for spots they had missed and made them clean them. They didn't show up on time.

It took about 3 1/2 hours. I was shocked that I was able to get a quote over the phone as no one there has ever seen my home and its condition. I noticed that 3 1/2 hours for 2 ladies was not enough time as they left the job half done. Certain things that I was told would be done, were not done at all. I was truly disappointed. however, I called Amber the office manager and she was able to get another crew out here (3 days later) and they did correct most of it. Overall, my thoughts are that the price was too high for what was done (or should I say 1/2 done). Things were broken and hidden, not brought to my attention (sort of "swept under the rug" so to speak). As if I wouldn't notice.

I could not ask for better people or better services. They pay close attention to my home to make sure the job is done right and there are no mess-ups. Maid Brigade is very trustworthy and reliable when it comes to cleaning my home. I feel very comfortable having them here and will continue to use them for a long time.

Although we pay less than we did with the Merry Maids, we're not as happy with the service. We're in a year contract with them and then intend to change. They've used our washer and dryer and left lots of lint in it afterwards, have said they'd use their own cleaning products, but have used our paper towels to clean instead, and also they've sent several different people to our house, instead of one woman consistently, which we liked better. The cleaning girls could do a better job. They're not organized or as detailed as they should be.

I committed to a 1-year contract & regretted it. Since the cleaning crews don't speak English, I asked the manager (Amber McCoy), who doesn't speak Spanish, to make sure & notify me in advance if a team unfamiliar to my home would be coming. I use special cleaning products for marble & it is very difficult to explain. She never called to notify me & most of the time I would have a different crew. Two of the crews did a good job. The others were sloppy & careless, often dropping things & banging the walls, which left scrapes. The vacuum cleaners were old & didn't pick up well, & the rags they used were stained brown.

Maid Brigade comes out weekly to clean my home. They do general cleaning for me which includes mopping my kitchen & bathroom floors, standard dusting in the main rooms of the house, & vacuuming. I don't have much to complain about, except the fact that it's a different person that they send all the time.
