Not well - Upstairs was cleaned very good. Downstairs was a different story - microwave not cleaned, counters not cleaned well, blinds were still dusty, tops of blinds not cleaned, baseboards not cleaned as promised, downstairs bathroom not cleaned, sun room was only swept and mopped, blinds and windows not done. We keep our thermostat set at 78 degrees and when I arrived, it was at 72 degrees. Yes, they still charged full price and couldn't understand why I couldn't "get off work to meet them" to do the job correctly. They didn't do it correctly the first time and I missed work to meet them, why would I miss work again and for what? They may be OK to use as a weekly service, but NOT as a MOVE IN or MOVE OUT service. Amber was just not very nice and I can only say it has to be because I was NOT happy with the level of service I received. Absolutely NOT what I was promised. I would NOT recommend this location. Find another location or use someone else. This location is just all about the money - not customer service.

They did a fabulous job and it was pleasant to come home to a clean house.

Maid Brigade North Houston has been very flexible with scheduling for me as my work schedule is often unpredictable. I've always been able to get a cleaning team within 24-48 hours of my request. The best thing to do is schedule your team for regular cleaning intervals (monthly, bi-monthly, weekly ...) as that way they know you, your pets, your house, etc. and it's also a bit more economical. The price is right anyway. I am on regular intervals and will continue to have Maid Brigade to care for my house. Great work!

Started fine, then, they would do less cleaning.

They would come while we were at work. We have a one story, 2 bedroom, two bath home. The home is always kept neat so we just asked them to sweep and mop floors and clean bathrooms to include shower and toilets, kitchen and general dusting. Their initial visit was very nice. Almost, over the top. All of our expectations were met. All visits after that were extremely disappointing. Most visits the showers were not cleaned. Several times the floors weren't mopped or swept. Once we found their vacuum cleaner parts under our couch as well as other cleaning supplies left behind. When we called the company and addressed the issues they reimbursed us half of one of the cleaning fees. Each service after that just got worse. The last straw was lack of communication to discuss continuing service, when I called she said she canceled it because they didn't think they could meet our needs.

Much more detailed than the other company I used. Very professional.

It's ok, not that great. Some days the cleaning was good, other days not so much. They were highly priced than some other maid services I looked up.

The girls that came in were very good, but it was very confusing from them taking the order over the phone and writing a couple of things over the phone. I was just confused on what they were allowed to do and they were just as confused as I was, it came to the point I had to call several times. In other words they had to talk to the girls and see what they did here to see if they needed to raise the price or not. I didn't feel comfortable with them after that. I was willing to have those girls come back, but now they are talking about another rate, this is a town house and 1360 square foot. There is now way they could have done a basic cleaning in 2 hours.

Services: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms & kitchen (wiping appliances). You have to get a good group of cleaners because some are better than others. You can request the same group each time. Customer service from the office could be better. You have to call them if the cleaning people are late. They give you a time of 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. which is the time they will arrive and not necessarily the cleaning time. Overall they do one of the best jobs around!

this is about the third or fourth house cleaning we've had with Maid Brigade. The teams are always on time and perform a good service. Today, June 7th, the team arrived a bit early, introduced themselves and indicated this was their first time to clean my home. They also notified me that they were aware of my disappointment of one of the teams which had missed cleaning under my sofas and the dust was quite obvious. They wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied this time. The ladies were polite and extremely professional. The team stayed in my house for a full two hours. They notified me when they were complete and asked me to please check their work to ensure I was satisfied. I am truly happy with this service and I will contact Maid Brigade to ensure I receive the same team each and every time.

Everything was alright except they did the blinds at the end, creating a dust storm after they had dusted and vacuumed and then left. the home was dustier afterwards. They should have vacuumed the blinds early and then cleaned. I called to complain but no response.

I've been using Maid Brigade for about six months and have been quite happy with their services. The initial deep clean is pricier but well worth it if it's been awhile for your house. Since then, I've had them every other week and paid for a couple of a la carte services (refrigerator cleaning and oven cleaning.) The teams are pleasant and efficient, and when there's been a minor issue or I need to reschedule for some reason, the office staff has been cordial and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend them.

Cleaning was inconsistent. Some days were excellent other days looked rushed, incomplete. Overall cleaning was considered to be good and worth price. Loved the little bows they make with toilet paper. Had to call twice to remind them to clean my kitchen counters. Discontinued using them after maid broke candle holder, threw it in trash without confessing to it. I only stumbled across broken pieces by accident, was told by mgmt that maybe maid forgot she broke it so didn't report it. Yea right. They did reimburse me for holder but trust was broken. Also witness maid beating on my blinds with a feather duster to clean them, so hard that I could hear the ruckus outside and was concerned my blind or my window would break.

I like their online services. It's easy to pick and choose what you needed rather than having to call and schedule. You can schedule it online. They confirm via phone call if that's what you wanted. You can also pay online as well. It's convenient. They did pretty well with the service.

The ladies who work for Maid Brigade are very professional in their demeanor, are courteous, well-groomed in their uniforms, and they do a great job of cleaning. I've been using this agency for several months now. There have been only minor, nitpicking problems, and the agency has made notes in my file on what I am particular about. If I catch an oversight while the ladies are here, they take care of it. The schedulers do what they can to accommodate my preferences. Our three cats make big messes, and the cleaners always take care of it. The only thing I would change would be to have the same great team every time, but I understand this is not always workable. They all have the same good training, and they always arrive early within the promised time frame. I recommend them without reservation. They are priced higher than some, but not as much as one agency that gave me an estimate. This is a good example of "You get what you pay for."

Maids worked extremely hard. Manager came out to check on progress. Said the maids had to leave at 3.30. However stayed until 4.45. Feel quote was to get my business and card details and then they failed to deliver what i asked for. Office staff attitude was terrible from lady that gave quote.

They were specifically told this would be an empty house that needed cleaning (it was totally empty). I was assured that they handled move-in and move-outs all the time and this would be no problem. I told them that all downstairs hard floors (old concrete) needed to be mopped to remove the dust. This was the main reason I hired them. The house was left unlocked so they could access it while I was occupied with other things. I stopped by to quickly introduce myself mid-cleaning. What I found was they did not bring a vacuum, did not bring a mop, not even a broom or dustpan. They used an old broom I had left from construction work to sweep up piles of dirt which they left in each room! I called the company and after some discussion was given a $25 discount. I accepted this as I figured that was all I would get. I do want to say that the work they completed was good. Bathrooms were cleaned to acceptable levels as was the kitchen. They only missed one window which was pretty good and somehow missed one fan blade on one fan. I am not complaining this was acceptable to me! In conclusion, If you live in a regular house with your own vacuum cleaner and own tools then this company would likely do a great job. I was disappointed and could not recommend them for a move-in or move-out situation again.

Two ladies spent 3 hours doing an excellent deep cleaning. The place looks better than it has in months. They were professionally attired, polite, diligent and efficient. They were able to remove crud from around the sink faucets, but some of the lime deposit in the bathtub will need further treatment. They cleaned everywhere, moving the movable furniture so they could vacuum and mop under it. No more cobwebs or dust bunnies or spattered floors (at least for a day or two). They changed the bed linens, wiped down appliances, and all the cleaning you would expect. They did more work for this first time cleaning than they will do on their regular bi-weekly cleaning. Overall, I am very satisfied and glad I found them.

They were excellent, they did great work. They were friendly and professional.

The maids did a great job. First we had an initial deep clean in November then a regular cleaning every two weeks. The ladies did a great job cleaning the house and were very quick. My only problem was the time they arrived. Sometimes it was on time or a little bit late, others where hours after the appointment time. They were very nice about working around my schedule, but in the end, it didn't work out. I would still use them for deep cleanings throughout the year.

They do a fairly good job and are reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future. They’ve had some scheduling problems, where they’ve called and canceled or have changed their time. So it’s disruptive. The quality varies depending on who comes. It’s not the same team every time.

I paid little over $200 for both homes. They are very responsive and they do a nice job. I am very pleased with them. I think that their price is a little high but they do a very good job. So I am willing to pay that money. They set their own time and that is not really an issue. They are there on the day they say they would come. I have never met these ladies but they are always so nice. They leave a little card to tell me how much they appreciate working there.

Uummmm......They didn't even show up - so not good.

First visit was wonderful. The two ladies (whom I had requested) were a terrific team and cleaned everything very carefully. However, this team only came back once in the 6 months that I used the service. My requests for a consistent group who knew what had been done from week to week was totally ignored by Amber(mgr). The same things got done each visit; bathrooms, floors, dusting, kitchen. (A couple of times I couldn't tell they had been there). I had to make sure that I was there if I wanted something extra done. I was supposedly paying for 3 hours (x 2 ladies), but I know that they there were rarely there for more than 90 minutes; this was for 4 bedrooms/4 baths etc. I even had them skip rooms that didn't need cleaning so that there would be time for the rotating items which I was told was part of the service. When something was damaged I had to call and tell them, and it took two months to get repairs made. Customer service was only important to them if THEY wanted something. I was rarely treated with courtesy.
