"Robert no longer works for Level Check. Sending a copy of the warranty is to prove the work was performed on the residence, we have had people forge paperwork before. With handling over 27,000 jobs we have plenty of paperwork to sift through and makes it easier and more importantly, faster if the seller or buyer provides the paperwork for the warranty. I apologize for your bad experience with Robert and can promise you if you provide the paperwork and there is a problem with your house our warranty WILL be honored."
"We only offer a warranty on the piers we place, sometimes the piers we place will have to be adjusted due to soil conditions which is normal. Also when we look at a house and recommend piers in particular locations that is what is needed at that point in time.As time passes by additional parts of the house may need piers that didn't need work when it was quoted."
"(Member name removed) I am sorry with the experience you had with Robert. He no longer works for Level Check. However, Robert or any one quoting your house are not supposed to be there the day the work is performed that is why we have foreman on every job so they can overlook the job and the crew. Also stated in the agreement we have each customer sign it states "All plants and shrubs will be replanted, but Contractor does not guarantee nor are we responsible for continued longevity." Sometimes the plants just cant survive but most of the time they do, but it was covered in the agreement that you signed. As for the warranty and repairs done on the house, due to soil conditions and many other factors such as trees or plumbing as you mentioned, that can affect the foundation and cause it to need adjustment which is why we provide the lifetime warranty on our work."
"I am sorry for the experience you had with Robert, to have you know he no longer works for Level Check. You mentioned that in 2009 a company checked the foundation and it was level but concerned the work was not performed properly. I assure you that despite the experience you had with Robert, the foreman and crew have 20+ years of experience and know what they are doing, which is why it was still showing to be level. As soil conditions can worsen over the years after the work is performed due to trees sucking up moisture, plumbing issues, droughts, etc. all of these can cause movement which is why you experience any cracking in the sheetrock and problems with foundation in the first place. This is the reason we offer a lifetime warranty on our work cause we insure it is performed correctly but if any of the listed do occur to cause the soil conditions to worsen, which can't be controlled by ANY foundation company, we will readjust the piers we place under our lifetime warranty for you. Again we are sorry for the way you were treated by Robert and is not how our company operates."
"We appreciate your review [member name removed] and glad you are happy with the work performed by our company."
