Estimate took about a week longer than stated and then was very high compared to others for same scope. Very little detail for an estimate of works of $4500++ Said I needed a circuit but did not state if they could install

The whole process took a little over 2 hours and went well.

I haves used this company for 3 homes I have owned in the 20 years I have lived here. I tried another company one from a groupon special. They wanted to charge me over 2200.$. I sent them away and called Hal Watson. Everything was fixed for 600.$ they are professional and most importantly honest. I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors and have only heard great things back.

We quit using them in 2009 or 2010 after some questionable work on an A/C annual tune-up.

Arrived promptly and explained what he would be doing to find the problem. Replaced the contactor and cleaned out the overflow drain. He explained everything he did before completing the work. It took about 45 mins. and our unit is cooling and we are very happy!!! We also purchased a winter check-up for our heater, in the fall.

Excellent job well done. Reps were polite and knew what they were doing. They had to come back next day because of a short in a wire but they were here as soon as possible. I have a yearly maintenance contract with them also. I have used them for apprx 7 years now

When we first moved into our house we were covered by American Home Shield. Over the course of several years we found the premiums were climbing and they never considered replacing outdated appliances so we dropped them. We went to Hal Watson when one of our furnaces failed and we needed repairs on one of our a/c units. They recommended replacing both furnaces, but retaining the two a/c units. About two years later the upstairs a/c went out, so we replaced both a/c units. Our August electric bill dropped from over $400 to less than $200. Since then we have used Hal Watson to perform our semiannual maintenance checks on the furnaces and a/c. They have always been prompt, courteous, considerate of our carpet (putting on "booties" before coming into the house) and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Hal Watson.

I requested Hal Watson A/C to give me an estimate for HVAC replacement. A represintative came to my house the same day and told me he would email me an estimate for replacement. After 4 days I called to inquire about my estimate and it was the following morning on the 5th day I recieved it. I liked the company from everything I had read. I also liked the Train equipment they were selling but having to call and ask for the estimate and not recieving it until 5 days after the gentlemen came to my house gave me a bad feeling. I felt like my buisness was not important to them. I ended up using The Woodlands air conditioning and have no regrets they did a fantastic job and were eager for my buisness.

The service technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time after a phone call announcing that he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, friendly and competent. He completed the inspection and service efficiently.

I have used Hal Watson for almost 19 years and they have provided excellent service the entire time including replacement of two of the three units I have. They offer a discounted scheduled twice annual service for check of all systems in spring and fall, have never had any problems with them and prices are reasonable.

I am on their annual maintenance plan. They come out twice a year and check our heating system in the Fall and check our cooling system in the Spring. With their plan we get priority scheduling if we have a problem. We have been with them since 2000 and are pleased with their service and technicians.

We have used Hal Watson for 15+ years and have been very pleased. They always come when promised and call before arrival. We use them to check up our systems. Just used them to blow our a clogged condensate line.

Zoned air control solved the problems (fights) we were having over the temperature in the house. Now we have 3 zones - his, hers and central and it's all working fine. They have even come out to re-balance air flow in the different zones.

We had a good experience with them. The were a good company. I have a service contract with another company but I would use them if I didnt have a service contract. I would call them back.
